Ophelia Blood Sun

Morning of 2017-10-17 in Germany. Hurricane Ophelia lifted Sahara sand into the atmosphere and colored the sun unusually red.

I am not sure how much the appearance of the thin cloud cover was influenced by it, but while it looked very gray, it did not really look like rain clouds. Maybe it looked grayer than usual due to the reduced sun intensity.

Not offloading own suffering onto others because you don't want to experience it - When this gets taught in school, there is hope for a better future. If there is one discipline needed to be promoted and nurtured on a grand scale for this, it is character strength. The struggle of fear and love is THE grand challenge of the experience of life. You're either a giver, willing to bring something good into this realm that wasn't there before, or you are a taker, only caring about getting the biggest piece of the pie in front of your nose. If you are a giver, don't burn yourself out by giving to takers. There are so many others with greater need and appreciation for your efforts.
