The music is still going.
His hands are still touching you.
You don’t know how much time has passed but it’s felt like forever. Sweat has started to form by your hairline and behind your neck.
“You’re making me lightheaded,” he chuckles into your ear which makes you grin like an idiot. You slowly turn around, both of your bodies still pressed onto one another, and face him. You can see small beads of sweat run down from his sideburns. You take your time admiring his beautiful features; the small facial hair, his crooked but perfect nose, and his amazing lips.
You glance back into his eyes and he’s watching you closely. His hands are holding your hips while your arms hang loosely from his shoulders. You smile softly and lean forward but don’t close your eyes as you press your lips on his. You can feel him smile before you move your lips towards his ear, “Wanna get out of here?”
You pull back and his face displays nothing but shock. You laugh softly and raise your eyebrows, imploring him.
He licks his lips and nods, and then reaches for your hand. He begins to pull you through the crowds of people still dancing in their drunk haze. You even start to question if you’re intoxicated yourself because everyone seems like a blur, except for the guy pulling you forward; he’s the only one you’re completely focused on.
He makes a quick stop at the bar and you see the bartender hand him a waterbottle. He gives your hand a small squeeze as he looks back at you and winks and then you’re on your way to the exit once again.
When he pushes the door open, fresh and brisk air hits your cheeks and it’s such a welcome feeling. “Oh god, yes,” you sigh as you step out into the night. No one is outside except for the security standing at the door.
He lets go of your hand and reaches into his pocket and pulls out his phone. You step back and lean against the wall, trying to relieve some weight off your aching feet.
You keep your eyes glued to his face and underneath the streetlight gleaming down at him, you realize he’s even more attractive than you thought. He seems to have read your mind because he immediately glances back up at you and smirks. He puts his phone away and then, without breaking his gaze on you, uncaps the water bottle and takes a drink.
Your throat constricts as you watch his neck move as he swallows. You find yourself really thirsty and not exactly for the water he’s swallowing.
Then he slowly starts to walk towards you, that sexy smile still on his lips.
“Want some?” He asks and his voice is like music to your ears.
You nod, biting your lip, and reach for the bottle but he shakes his head. You raise an eyebrow questioningly.
He chuckles and then says, “Open your mouth.”
“Are you serious?” You giggle.
“Mhmm. Come on, do it,” he replies. “I love your voice, by the way.”
You push your hair behind your ears and then tilt your head back slightly. You open your mouth, just a bit at first so you can see what he’s trying to do.
He leans closer to you, placing his arm on the wall above your head. He’s completely entrapped you but you have no intention in freeing yourself any time soon. He raises the water bottle and places the top on your bottom lip. His eyes are blazing watching yours. You open your mouth a little wider and then he tilts the bottle.
Ice cold water meets your tongue and then slides down your throat. His eyes flow down to your mouth and the look he has makes your skin tingle.
He finally takes away the water and caps it. “Can I know the name of the guy who just fed me water or are we still keeping that a secret?”
He chuckles quietly and licks his lips. “I’m Tom Holland.”
“I’m y/n,” you reply with a smirk.
“It’s very nice to meet you, y/n,” he whispers as he leans down slowly.
“Is it?” You whisper back and glance at his lips.
“Mhmm,” he murmurs and then his mouth is on yours for what seems like the hundredth time tonight.
You raise your hand until your fingers tangle in his curls, pulling him closer. His hand finds your waist as his mouth moves against yours.
They’re soft kisses at first -small pecks, teasing- and then you feel his tongue graze your bottom lip softly.
You’re about to welcome his plea when a honk startles you both. Your lips part and you both look over Tom’s shoulder. He turns to look at you and then says, “Ride’s here.”
He takes your hand and pulls you towards a large, black SUV. You make sure to focus on your footing because the last couple of minutes have left you a little woozy.
He opens the door for you and then gestures with his arm for you to go first. You feel your chest swell. Who knew gentlemen still exist? He offers you a hand and helps you inside before following in after you.
“Back to the hotel, please,” he tells the driver.
“You have your own driver? You must be someone very important,” you comment.
“Eh, not a big deal,” he says with a shrug of his shoulders.
You want to ask more but decide to leave it for later. The aching in your feet gets your attention and you groan quietly. “Do you mind if I take my shoes off?”
You lean over and unstrap your heels and slip them off. You sigh with content as the pain ceases and leaves just a dull pounding. “That’s so much better,” you breathe out.
“Give ‘em here,” he waves his hand.
“What?” You ask, confused. He can’t possibly be asking-
“I’m not giving you my legs! My feet might stink!”
This earns you a big laugh from him which makes you laugh along with him. “I’m serious! What if you get a waft from my feet and decide to drop me on the side of the road!”
“I won’t! Come here,” he reaches for your legs and you block his move with your own hands.
“Tom, please, no,” you giggle as he continues to get at your legs. One of his hands grab a hold of one of your thighs and he pulls you closer to him. You’re laughing and screaming, trying to push him off.
Without realizing, your legs are over his lap and your body is leaning against his. You try to calm down your constant giggles as he drapes his arm over your legs and the other around your shoulders.
“Very smooth,” you mumble at him.
His eyebrows rise and he has on a cheeky smirk. He then makes to sniff the air, “I think you were right. There is something that smells funny-”
“Shut up!” You try to move away from him but he holds you in place.
“I’m joking, love!” He laughs.
He then leans down and gives you a soft kiss. He pulls back but only slightly, as if he is contemplating kissing you again. You make the choice for him and tilt your face up so your lips make contact with his again.
The difference of kissing him right now than when you kissed him back at the club, is that there’s dead silence surround you. You can hear his breathing mixed with yours, the sound your lips make when he breaks contact for a millisecond to tilt his head the other way. You can even bet that you can hear both yours and his heart beating rapidly against the walls of your chests. He pulls back once more and you’re both breathless, but he continues his path; his lips leaving feather-like kisses down your cheek until they reach your neck.
You sigh as his lips kiss the skin below your ear, making a slight shiver run down your spine. You feel the tip of his tongue tease over the spot he kissed and you bite your lip hard to keep you from whimpering.
“We’re here,” a deep voice comes from the front seat.
You both groan in unison, frustrated but then laugh as you separate and readjust your seating to exit the vehicle.
Someone opens the door and Tom gets out first and then offers his hand to help you out. You walk hand in hand inside a tall building and a small gold plaque embedded into the brick wall tells you it’s a hotel.
Inside, the decor screams in gold and red colors. Marble floors cool your feet and you stare at everything in awe. You turn to glance at Tom, who is busy trying to take something out of his back pocket, and you start to wonder who exactly this guy is to be able to afford a driver and to rent a room in a fancy ass hotel.
You are not the type to go after guys who have money and the such, but you seriously feel more than just an attraction towards Tom. You hope that the feeling is mutual on his end.
So far, he hasn’t flashed his worth in your face and has been a complete gentleman from the start. He’s humble, you conclude, and you squeeze his hand to make sure he really does exist.
You reach the elevators and he presses the up button. A ping immediately signals that an elevator is already there. It slides open and you step inside and he follows after you. You step back against the wall and hold onto the railing and watch as the numbers glow red every time you pass a floor.
You turn your head and catch him staring at you. You don’t answer right away and so he pushes off the wall and walks towards you. He stands in front of you and places his hands on the railing on either side of you, entrapping you once again.
He smiles down at you and his eyes shine a beautiful brown. You smile back but still don’t reply.
“You got shy on me all of a sudden,” he murmurs and his british accent comes through more distinct than before.
“I haven’t gone shy,” you reply.
“Mhmm,” he nods. “What are you thinking?”
You take a deep breath and then push back the two small strands of hair that had fallen onto his forehead. “I’m thinking… about how you’re not real.”
He chuckles softly and then places the back of his fingers on your cheek, stroking it lightly. “I was thinking the same thing about you,” he breathes out as his hand lowers down to capture your chin with his index and thumb.
You roll your eyes playfully but can feel the small blush creeping up into your cheeks.
“You’re blushing!” He points out and laughs.
“Shut up!” You push his finger away and try to hide your face by looking away but he ends up just kissing your cheek, still laughing.
The elevator finally stops and the doors open up. He takes your hand and pulls you with him. He plants a kiss on your hair as you walk.
He comes to a halt in front of a door and he slides in his key card. It lights up green and he opens the door, stepping aside to let you in first.
You’re kind of nervous because you don’t know what to expect. The lights automatically turn on and the first thing that meets your eye is the view overlooking the city. A four poster bed sits next to the floor to ceiling windows. A small living room area is set up lower than the floor, several steps leading down to it.
Yep, he’s definitely famous or something.
But the thing is, he doesn’t act like he’s famous. He feels like a guy you met at a club except he’s not just any guy you met at a club. You hate yourself for thinking it, but what if he could be so much more?
You hear the door close and then he’s walking past you and towards the bed.
You heart starts to pace rapidly as you realize what’s about to happen. I mean, you don’t mind if it happens, that’s usually what happens when someone brings you to their place, right? Then why are you so nervous?
You watch as he goes to the other side of the bed, leans down and pulls up a large suitcase. He unzips the jacket he’s wearing and pulls it off his shoulders and throws it on the bed. It’s then that you see how big his biceps are. Holy shit.
“Uh,” he starts, without looking at you as he folds his jacket and begins to unzip the luggage, “I don’t know how to make this not awkward,” a small chuckle, “but I don’t expect us to sleep together. Well, I mean, not like right away but I mean not-”
He takes a big sigh and finally looks up at you. He’s nervous too.
“I’m just trying to say… that I didn’t just bring you here for,” he points at the bed and you try hard not to laugh but he notices and it seems to help him relax. “I don’t know what will happen when tomorrow comes but I do know I want to enjoy your company until then. We could watch movies, order some room service? Or if you don’t want that-”
“Hey. Breathe, okay?” You chuckle and make your way towards him. “You’re really cute when you’re nervous but honestly, don’t worry because I want to be here as much as you do, if not, even more.” You stand next to him now and smile up at him, “And I’m down for some movies with pizza and maybe some cuddling after? And whatever happens next…”
You let the rest of that sentence hang in the air for him to finish it himself.
“Sounds perfect,” he smirks. “Wanna get comfortable? You can look in my luggage and take anything you like.”
“Oooooh, I’ll be sort of drifting through your underwear drawer,” you tease and he laughs. You open his luggage and start to look for just a simple t-shirt. You had on a pair of tight pants which you wouldn’t mind keeping on.
“I’ll be back, I have to call my brothers,” he tells you and disappears into another room.
You finally find a black shirt and are about to make your way into the bathroom when you backtrack and snatch a pair of boxers you had pushed out of the way for the shirt.
Feeling slightly mischievous and excited, you close the bathroom door behind you and begin to undress. You pull on his boxers and use them as sleeping shorts and when you put on his shirt, you’re surprised that it reaches your thighs. It looked smaller that the rest of his shirts.
You retrieve your clothes and step outside the bathroom. Tom sits on the bed on his phone but looks up the instant you close the door behind you. His eyes grow wide and his mouth opens a bit. You suddenly feel like you made a mistake in wearing his boxers.
“What?” You ask, completely frozen.
He blinks several times and then shakes his head, “No, um, nothing. Just- my clothes look better on you than on me. It makes me wonder…” He shakes his head again.
“Makes you wonder what?” You smirk as you set your folded clothes down on a chair. You turn to him and catch him staring at your legs.
You raise your eyebrow and he grins, shrugging, “Can you blame me?”
“Oh my God.” You cover your face with your hands, laughing, but walk in his direction anyway. You push your hair behind your ears and stand in front of him.
The pull between the two of you changes, and you want to touch him and you want him to touch you. You suddenly crave his lips not only on yours but everywhere.
He’s still sitting on the bed but his eyes are glued on yours. You glimpse his shoulder move and you hold your breath because you think you know what’s going to happen next but then you don’t.
His hand wraps slowly behind the back of one of your thighs and the contact has every inch of your body screaming for his touch. Your hand finds his shoulder so you can keep yourself from falling over.
His hand then slides lower until it reaches the back of your knee. Then the next few seconds happen so fast, you aren’t sure they even happened.
He grabs the back of your other knee with his other hand and pulls you forward so effortlessly, you’re completely shocke at how you’re now sitting on his lap, with your legs wrapped around his waist.
“What the fuck?” You whisper breathlessly and you hear him chuckle. His face is inches from yours and he has on a boyish grin that becomes your favorite grin in the whole world. “I still have my theory that you’re not real.”
“If I wasn’t real, would I be able to do this,” he leans forward and kisses you softly, his eyes open to look up into yours.
You smile against his lips while wrapping your arms around his shoulders. “I mean,” you say when he pulls back, “anyone can do that.”
He chuckles and leans forward again and this time, when your lips make contact, his tongue doesn’t wait for permission. It explores your mouth, teasing your own tongue and you find yourself not being able to hold back a moan. Your body instinctively presses onto his, asking for more.
You start to feel lightheaded and breathless and so you pull back, reluctantly, but keep your eyes closed. “Okay,” you breathe out, “You win.”
“Look at me, love,” he murmurs and his voice sounds so different; deeper, huskier.
You open your eyes slowly and his own are the first thing you see. The tip of both of your noses touch. “I can’t pinpoint exactly what it is that caught my attention about you tonight because I could say one thing and then another; the list in endless. And I’m not sure if you feel it too, but the moment I laid my eyes on you, I felt some sort of connection. I’m only a lucky bloke to have the pleasure of ending my night here with you, wrapped around me like this, being able to kiss you here,” he pecks your lips, “and here,” his fingers tilt your head to the side and you feel his smooth lips kiss your neck.
Your hand cradles the back of his head, your fingers lost in his hair. He pulls back and gazes at you once again, an adorable and sincere smile planted in his mouth.
“Like you said, we’ll let whatever happens next, happen. Whatever it is, I promise to make it the best and most memorable night you’ve ever had.”
You realize how screwed you are when the next morning comes but staring into his eyes, holding him the way you are, kissing his beautiful mouth, running your fingers into his velvety hair, you know that no matter what happens when the sun rises, you wouldn’t change this night for anything.
