If you’ve got Hanzo in the mood, he’s pretty upfront about it– Hanzo is not shy when he’s close with someone, especially if he knows 100% that they’ll reciprocate.

He’s a light sleeper and anything whether it be a sound coming from outside or his partner moving around in their sleep is bound to wake him up. So whatever position he starts in ends up changing. Used to being a big spoon but he doesn’t have a strong preference to either; whether or not he’ll cuddle after sex is all dependent on his mood. What he does love is putting himself between his partner and the door / the open room so if they get attacked, he’d take the first hit.
