My dragon is named Marmalade and is currently an egg! She/they pronouns.

My daemon is named Cereza and loves taking a lot of cute baby animal forms. She is always white with a pink nose! She/her pronouns.

how does stuff like dæmonism and dragonwork work? Like how to you create them and stuff

For dragonwork:

From what I have seen so far, even though we have always had dragons, a lot of people coming in start with an egg! Thats what I did. Then I started to see what aesthetics and vibes felt right. I used a lot of things for reference. From images, to dragon makers, to Flightrising gene previews, and finally drawing! Once I got an idea of how they might like to look I went searching for the right name. Same kinda thing, went off what I liked AND what felt right. Then after they hatched I projected them into my environment, and just did lots of cuddles and stuff. Mine doesn't use words, but I feel it in my gut. Silent intuition!

For daemonism:

I picked my favorite animal and a name for my daemon and then started to imagine her. I talked with her and projected her and included her whenever I could remember. She also doesn't use words.

But in both cases its okay to create a visual, name, and even personality for your daemon or dragon. As you get use to interacting they can change things they want about themselves. 😸

I think my dragon is back in her egg and maybe changing how they look. Still gold though! I haven't been able to give them a lot of attention, but maybe this change is because it feels more right! We were both soooooo excited at the start that maybe we both rushed in. She needed more time to cook.
