What games are you guys interested in seeing more gameplays of? I have some games, but they're either overdone or super niche.

Having a canonically autistic Reed Richards in the MCU would mean the world to me.

(For those of you who don't know the 616 Mr. Fantastic was made autistic in canon and the MCU is supposed to take place in the 616 universe).

Considering it's Marvel, I highly doubt it would happen, but it would honestly be a big stepping stone for autistic character rep if they could do it properly.

Me making a short dnd campaign that is only being used to get my players used to my friend's homebrew ttrpg system and to develop their character dynamics naturally before I introduce the real campaign, and is meant to NOT be taken too seriously AT ALL.

Me: Taking it WAY too seriously and stressing about specifics and burning myself out over what is basically the tutorial campaign.

Important research for writing: feelings about books written in first person

I love it, no exceptions

I can read it if its written correctly (ie: it isn't written like self-insert)

All of the ones I've tried to read feel too self-insert and it ruined it for me

Just not my thing for no particular reason

This is a friendly reminder that first person POV is not supposed to be written like a self-insert fic, nor is it supposed to be read that way. Both of these set up an unrelatable main character, and it takes the reader out of the story. It also ruins first person POV for everyone, and it makes it hard for people who primarily write in that POV to get noticed.

First person POV is meant for a fully developed character to tell their side of a given story, and the reader is not supposed to feel like they're the main character. You can absolutely relate to a main character and feel like you're going on a journey with them, but you are not supposed to feel like you are the main character.
