I basically tried to keep it relatively unchanged but incorporate parts from 50% to keep it looking more like a pokemon while keeping the battle armor idea rather than it looking like a Digimon

Im working on a story about a monster that is employed by a crime scene cleanup company that is bound to a hazmat suit that it wears as a vessel that keeps its body together and functional. The monster gets protection, food, and shelter in return for being a quick cheap and efficient way for the company to get jobs done. The monster is also employed to do special cases like monster attacks that human employees are not allowed to clean up. It eats biological waste material and gathers up anything that may be needed for investigation. It cannot take off the suit for long periods of time and its shape is dictated by the vessel it inhabits, which in this case is the hazmat suit. Its species is design to slowly grow into their vessels in a process called "integration" where they integrate their bodies into their vessels to become one. After full integration, they can manipulate their new bodies in new ways.

There are feral populations too, but theyre not too important. Hazmat guy himself is pretty sociable, as being around humans greatly influences his personality and friendliness. Not being able to take off the suit or reveal his identity does prevent him from pursuing friendships outside of his work environment and can cause some lonesome feelings. Being sociable, sapient, and civilized also prevents him from being around feral members of his species which act different due to their different environment and lack of stability. All of these creatures have the capacity to have the sapience of humans, but most are held back by their environment and lack of stable resources.
