Terms of services.

Please read before you move forward with your commissions.

The full payment must be upfront before any art is to be delivered. This includes sketches, and progress images of the commission.

No refunds, exceptions or substitutions under any circumstances.

You are Not allowed to add characters to your commission after the commission is started and the terms agreed upon.

I do Not give out free work. Any requests, art trades and gifts are seperate from my commissions and have certain conditions to be adheared to.

I use a slot system for my commissions. Once my slots are full I will not accept any commissions until after the previous slots are completed.

I don't draw fetish art, NSFW, lewd, or suggestive art as commissions. I'm not that kind of artist so don't ask.

Interactions will be kept professional. All contact will be through my commission Email or through my DMs on social media cites. My commision Email is [email protected]

Any interactions will be kept polite and have proper etiquette. I expect there to be no demands, no insults, no begging, and no cursing. Failure to do so will result in consequences.

Do not spam my DMs or Email. This is inappropriate and will not get me to engage with you. You will be blocked and blacklisted from commissioning me in the future. If you need to contact me one or two messages are okay, but ten or more is excessive and frustrating.

I accept multiple payment methods such as Paypal, Venmo and Cashapp. My preferred is Paypal however for its user safety features.

My prices are non-negotiable. However they are subject to change throughout the year with special events and sales.

I work under EST. (Eastern Standard Time) I will not accept commissions before 9am or after 10pm, I require a healthy work life balance. I will ask you respect my time and my needs as a person.

I do take days off such as the weekends, and through the holidays, as well as other special occassions. Through these times my commissions will be closed, and there will be a post updating that commissions will be on hold. Please do not contact me during these times as I will not be available.

You are not to repost, redraw, trace or use my art works unless you are the owner of the characters in the commission. Any infringment on me or my clients rights will be dealt with through the proper channels and reported. Please respect me and my clients copy rights.

When it comes to work requiring a deadline you are to state it at the beginning of our interactions so we can work on the schedule together. Please do not spring a deadline on me at the last minute your commission will likely not be completed on time and it will be on you. If I am unable to fit the commission in the timeframe given at the beginning of the interaction I will recommend you seek out a different artist.

Art is a luxury item. Your household and responsibilties come first. Do not commission me if it is finacially detrimental to you. If you are under aged you are not to commission me without your parents approval. I am not held liable or responsible for any misuse of your personal funds and will not reimberse you for your poor choices.

To Rule Breakers: If you chose to break my rules there will be consquences. Consquences will include documentation of our interactions as well as archival of the documented interactions. Blocking of your account or accounts as well as blocking and docmentation of any friends or family you send my way too. You will also be blacklisted for life and you will be called out publicly to protect my community from you. If you find this upsetting I recommend you do not break the rules or seek out a different artist for your work.

By reading this and continuing to hire me as your commission artist, you are agreeing to the terms of service stated above and will abide by the terms set in place.

when I first bought my house, I announced my decision to paint my bedroom purple. I had wanted a purple bedroom for thirty damn years, you fucking bet I was gonna have one now. My friends decided, for some reason, that I meant what one of them referred to as “14 year old girl purple” (through what’s wrong with the colors a 14 year old girl chooses, I don’t know, even if they’re not what I want as an adult). They didn’t believe me until they saw the color on the actual wall, even thought they helped me pick out paints. My mother, meanwhile, decided to get worried that if I painted my bedroom a “dark purple”, it would be “depressing”. As if, with an entire house to live in, I would spend all my time in the bedroom, which I wanted to be dark because I would be sleeping in there. In the damn dark.

I had like one, maybe two friends who were all like FUCK YEAH YOU PAINT IT WHATEVER COLOR YOU WANT, PURPLE BEDROOMS ARE AWESOME.

But when they actualy saw the finished bedroom, every single one of them was like, “Oh yeah, that’s really pretty.” (Well, the ones who supported me from the beginning were more like WOOHOO.)

And the moral of the story is: Fuck ‘em, please yourself. Either they’ll come around, or you can safely ignore every question of taste they opine about for the rest of time.

This applies to other adulting activities, too. When I was a kid, I decided that I wanted to have a wedding cake made of doughnuts. When I got older, I figured that I would be “mature” about it and get a traditional cake, which the older adults approved of. Now that I’m 25 and facing the possibility of actual marriage in the near future, I’m just like “marriage is a social construct but it comes with tax & insurance benefits, so just give me that goddamn doughnut cake.” If they don’t like it then they don’t have to come to my wedding.

I’m thirty and my first big furniture purchase was a custom coffin shaped coffee table that opens up and is lined with purple crushed velvet. I would have loved it at 13 and I love it now. Growing up doesn’t mean you have to abandon what makes you happy.
