Is it good or bad that I want to see the frostbitten knight NPC get large?
You're not the only one. A few of my players keep joking about taking him out to lunch. SO I'd say it's not bad, I thought about what he'd look like big, but I think, ultimately, I'll keep him as a more standard character for now.

People would just have to hate me if i had an abusive ex that died suddenly. "You killed them" well I certainly didn't wish well on them, no. I'm not about to sit here and apologize for not looking out for the security of someone who actively harmed me, who I wanted to get away from. In fact, I'm rooting for everyone who ever wished their abusers would drop dead, specifically when they were in a position of power that protected them from accountability for their actions 👍🏾 you're more than allowed to feel that pain and hurt if it helps you process and move on. That whole perfect victim shit blows me.
When Jeanette said "I'm glad my Mom died" she was right 🤷🏾♀️ shit. Sometimes we got to be honest with ourselves and stop expecting forgiveness to be the pinnacle of healing. I genuinely believe being able to say "I don't forgive them, at least not yet, but that's not going to stop me from moving forward" is far healthier than faking forgiveness and understanding for some sort of moral value.
Hot take I legit will give a sigh of relief if I find out my abuser of 8 years passed. They spread so much harmful, bigoted rhetoric that the world probably IS better off without them. We need to normalize not feeling sorry for people who actively bring the world down by existing and refuse to change.
