It's Day 3 (and I did yoga yesterday, I was just too tired to post anything about it) and I already hate it! Exercise is a long con, it makes you healthier but at what cost.
I did interval training, but I didn't have weights so I used mushroom soup cans. I may have cried today, but it wasn't from exercise! It's from me being a general disaster person.
I'm gonna go through for my master's in theoretical physics and so far everyone whose opinion matters to me has said "Cool, and then what? There's not a lot of job opportunities for up and coming theoretical physicists", and I gotta be honest. Shit's rough.
