i found this diet somewhere and decided to translate it so its basically:
-4kgs to 6kgs in 5 days
day 1: 200 calories
day 2: 100 calories
day 3: 75 calories
day 4: 150 calories
day 5: 200 calories
drink at least 1L of water
teas and coffe without sugar are optional
avoid heavy exercises because the diet is too restrict
don't eat.
after all, food IS just flavored fat.
and you don't want to be fat, do you?

these are very easy and basic workouts, obviously you can mold it to your own level of activity but if you’re just getting started in being active this is great 🤗

Here’s what I’ve been doing to lose weight. Since January I’ve been restricting my calorie intake from 1200-lower. Currently at 700 cals, I change my calorie intake at the start of a new week. Monday I will be at 600 calories.

I’ve been drinking a shot (about four tablespoons) of apple cider vinegar every morning after breakfast andddd... IT HAS HELPED TREMENDOUSLY! It’s been helping a lot with bloating and water weight, I dropped about 0.5 lbs on my stomach.

Currently easing my way into the Master Cleanse 🍋 here’s a summary of it, (pictures below) if you’re not familiar with it. I’m on day one of the “pre-master cleanse”. I’ve done it before for 5 days but I’m going to do it for 10 days this time.

food rules for the rest of 2020
try not to eat out. if you feel super hungry, have some soup or a protein bar or a coffee. you’re more likely to eat high-cal foods when you’re outside
never have more than 1 cup of food at a time. measure your food!
don’t eat before 8 am and after 8 pm
prepare your food yourself so you have control over the calories
never have more than 300 calories in a single meal, no more than 100 calories for a snack
try to stick to 800 calories a day and NEVER exceed 1500. never.
if you’re hungry, drink some water and wait. if you’re still hungry, drink some tea or coffee. still hungry? eat.
frequent low-cal snacking prevents binging. snack on some berries, veggies or rice cakes
completely vegan, also try to be healthy and only eat unhealthy foods in small amounts if you feel a binge coming
water!!!! water keeps you full and healthy so drink up, at least 2.5L a day
don’t drink your calories. only tea, coffee and zero-cal redbull allowed. if you’re gonna consume alcohol, restrict harder throughout the day
