to me the appeal of pathetic vampires is similar to the appeal of stupid cats. you have the teeth and claws to rip through flesh to your heart's content, but here you are. paw stuck to a quilt. staring woefully with eyes the size of saucers to get someone to help. same goes for a vampire failing miserably to use a touchscreen because his fingers are too cold.

Don’t know if this is a pause a hiatus. But, I’m trying to get help mentally. And I need time to heal and to learn to love my hobbies again.

I’ll be on and off. And will try to find a way. Just I might be slow. There are going to be times where the internet is not the best place for me to be.

Soon as Grimbright is sure everything is properly prepared she's going to find Jewel. A basket slung around one arm while the other brushes fingers gingerly over her arm to get her attention.

Her tail giving away both her nerves and excitement.

Jewel drys her hand from cleaning free of glitter. Quickly tucking a card into her back pocket. 

She turns over towards Grim. Eyeing the basket and Grim’s excitement with some wonder. 

“Sure, I’m free.” Said with a smile.

Grimbright, soon as she's calmed down enough and can, approaching Jewel from behind and wrapping arms around her. Burying her face between her shoulder blades. She's so tired.

Her hand seeks Grim’s. Giving a conforming squeeze. Missing her presence deeply. 

“If you wanna relax on the couch a bit I still have some cookies left over.” Jewel offers. Maybe having bought too many.

She'll take one of the offered cookies with a soft smile and a nod.

“It’s nice to see you up…” Jewel plots down sitting beside and placing the cookies where both can reach.

“And I really understand why Hax is so protective.” Jewel had heard the news too late to do anything. It’s left a weight.

Having taken the time to present herself better. Eath didn’t need to worry about the tears beforehand. Only thing Jewel wants her to focus on is healing.
