I much prefer canon timeline, but I do like some of Legends characters. Like Tahl & Bant (Jedi Apprentice) and Quinlan & Tholme (afaik they started from legends then later canonized?).

Hello! I was wondering if you had an online print shop? If not, I had seen you mention selling stuff in person before, and was wondering if you’d be open to privately selling any extras you might have
Hey thanks for the interest!
Unfortunately I do not currently have a shop, nor am I in a place to sell at the moment. Hopefully one of these days I get my shit together and set up a website.
Keep an eye out for any posts I make about commission work!
I saw @dramaticeyerolls and @thats-ee draw these guys
I felt inspired so I drew them too
UM OK WAY TO KNOCK THIS OUTTA THE PARK IN NO TIME FLAT
okay I’m posting exactly ☝️ one of these bc now that @dramaticeyerolls brought it up I can’t unsee it
This one got away from me. Anyway, anyone else watching Witch Hat Atelier? Anyone reading it??
This took for kriffing ever to paint, and I couldn’t be happier. May the 4th be with you, and don’t forget to return your grandmaster’s calls!
Oh wow, is that a part II coming out almost a month later??
A missing scene. Thanks for all the fanart and fic throughout the years, you guys
Well I saw you reblogging my good omens post but I’m pretty sure I’m supposed to be getting you to talk about the disaster lineage instead, so, who do you think is most likely to be upset that the recipe for a food they liked was changed by a company/restaurant, and who wouldn’t care?
Yeah ok back to the Star war, in my headcanon, obi-wan and Dooku and the more culinary members of the lineage and while their palettes may differ, their opinions tend to be similar, especially when someone tries to put a spin on something that never should have been spun. Call it nostalgia (attachment) but if a dish is changed but not improved upon, it’s is judged. Harshly. Whether it’s yoda’s shoo bread or Dex’s patty melt, give it a garnish or sub ANYTHING, they will find you. One will give you the most scathing review on galaxychat (thank you @kcrabb88 for the gffa social media) and destroy all your credibility. The other will threaten you personally in your restaurant in front of your clientele.
Suffice to say, the rest just like to eat.
Well, I didn’t hate everything about the good omens finale but,
I think the problem with the whole “new universe” thing is, nothing has been truly restored. It’s just like killing Job’s children then giving him new ones. The new beings may be Job’s children, but they will never be the original ones, with all their life and experience. The original ones will still be dead. And that isn’t a happy ending.
Hey, infomercial anon here, what’s the gffa equivalent of Hallmark movies and who secretly (or NOT secretly) loves to watch them
My sister is trying to get me to stop crying to her about good omens, it’s worse in person, trust me.
Holospark studios is well known for their uplifting and not so diverse movies, generally depicting family friendly romances and quirky mysteries, whose series have been going since the high republic era, But only real fans go that far back, especially considering some of the not exactly up to date dynamics between characters (only same species beings can be in a relationship??).
It started with the obi-wan era padawans, quinlan, bant, Siri, and the like stumbling upon one and mocking it mercilessly, and it became a tradition to go to each others apartments when all were on the system (it was forbidden to watch one of they were missing a member) and this introduced the horrors to their masters (and grandmasters). But over the years, when they were knighted and got their own padawans, these nights happened less between friends and only rarely would their students put up with it.
But obi-wan was lucky enough to have a padawan who didn’t care what was on the holo as long as he could work on his droids. It became a weekly thing to have one on in the background, white noise for Anakin, and a familiar and comforting experience for obiwan. Unfortunately Anakin did catch obiwan tearing up over what he described as “one of the least compelling and most overacted plots I’ve been subjected to”
Not the same anon, but a follow-up to that ask. Did Dooku start watching space telenovelas once he got to Serenno, or did he start as a padawan because Yoda was one of those people that wakes up the second you turn off the TV saying, "Watching that, I was."
While that is for sure in character for yoda, I’m of the opinion he doesn’t have a TV. Dooku had to go have sleepovers with other padawans (see Jocasta and or sifo dyas) to get his fix of holodramas. He and Jo actually share the trait of, I was watching that, and Jo is the serial, this is a waste of power I’m turning it off.
Disaster lineage ask: which members are most likely to fall asleep on the couch in front of a holodrama/infomercial and who’s so captivated that they stay up until 4 AM glued to the tube (the is definitely NOT emily)
Falls asleep:
Yoda
Qui-gon
Obi-wan
Captivated:
Anakin
Dooku
Much to both of their chagrin, they have this in common, and probably experienced it first hand together at some point 👀
Imagine Dooku and Obi-Wan being pen pals.
"Dear grandpadawan, it pains me to see you so deep in the delusion that the Republic is worth more than one of the plants Qui-Gon used to talk to as a youngling. It is truly saddening to see you waste away in the Order.
I hope you enjoy the honey I am sending you. It is as sweet as my hopes of you coming to the realization that joining me is the right decision.
Love, Dooku"
"Thank you for the honey. I didn't get to taste it. Anakin and Yoda got to it before I did. I am sending you a sweater a knit during a particularly long hyperspace jump.
Regards, Obi-Wan."
Not sure what the question here is, but yes, all the yes in vibe and character accuracy!
And then Dooku sends two more jars, one of which is safe, the other containing unprocessed tree sap with an intensely bitter taste and numbing effect. And of course obi-wan is the only one to read the note that distinguishes the two.
