The Five of Swords is the card of hollow victory, of self sabotage and triumph claimed at any and all cost. It speaks of battles fought to be right rather than just, where ego eclipses consequence. To Loretta, the wreckage she leaves behind is never loss, but confirmation... proof that she was right to burn everything in her path. They were weak. She was just better than all of them.
