Name: Lucario Species/Brand: Pokémon Center Lucario Poké Plush Acquired: Nov 2023 ($420)

About: The second of the jumbo Poke plush i have acquired. At first i wasn’t that interested, but suddenly he was here. Lucario is a very well designed Pokémon. I cannot argue there. I gave him a little crossbody bag as an accessory. He is actually faithful to height. 3′11″. I always thought they would be larger.

Hi! Just curious - when u buy used plush, do u wash them immediately after purchase? And if so, how? I wanna thrift plushies but I just worry about bugs. Love your blog!!!

Yes. I haven't thrifted recently but when I did, I'd have a day where I would take all the plush id gotten that month and wash them.

Not as thorough as I would have liked but I just couldn't bring myself to put them in a washing machine or soak. I'd worry about water never drying inside.

But all I did was have two buckets of water, one with laundry detergent and the other was a rinse. I just wiped them with damp cloths of each. Then fan dried.

If I did this more today, I would definitely consider soaking them.

Name: Windy Species/Brand: Jellycat huge snow dragon Acquired: Feb 2023 ($110)

About:  My descent into the Jellycat abyss has begun. Windy is so soft and beautiful. Dragons are my favorite creature so i also got the Black dragon to be Windys mate. His name is Cloudy.

Name: Mountain Dew And Pepto Bismol  Species/Brand: Build a bear Jumbo pink and green spring frog Acquired: March 2022. Jan 2023 ($80 Each)

About: These two take up a large part of my king bed along with some other favorite plushies. They are always cuddling. I love to dress them up in some of my own clothes but their heads are too big for most shirts. They are both gay frogs.

Name: To-My-Toes Species/Brand: Jellycat Vivacious Vegetable Tomato Acquired: Feb 2023

About: My friend Heather got this for me for Valentine's day. It came with a hand drawn note that said “I love you from my head, TO-MY-TOES!” It was very cute and I had gotten her some candy and toys. She’s a child at heart and I love her too.

Name: Biscoff Species/Brand: Living Nature Highland cow mini Acquired: Feb 2023 ($9)

About: I went to a Scottish games event at a local fairgrounds and had a ton of fun! I held a chicken and pet some cows. I felt i should buy a little plush for the day. He can sit on my head and was named after the Biscoff cookie ice cream i had there!

About: I bought this perfect jumbo boy and he guards me in my office. I kind of want 2 so I can have them guard me while I sleep too. Arcanine is my favorite Pokémon along with Vileplume and Samurott.

Name: Robert and Ham Species/Brand: Squishmallow frog and gator Acquired: Dec 2022 (Free)

About: I got these large Squishmallows for FREE. There was a ‘squish tour’ truck rolling right into town last year and i had no idea what it offered. I thought i might as well see and took my sister along. We stood in line for over an hour and had no idea what was at this truck. It was a pachinko game!!!! Everyone was a winner. It was just a matter of the size prize you got. My sister and i were lucky enough to both get large prizes and she gave me hers. 😳

Name: BB Species: Bear (possibly Beanie Babies) Acquired: June 25th 2005 About: Gotten the day I was born and from the hospital with me, BB has always been a soft spot. The wisest and eldest of the plushie collection I’ve had, he’s seen everything from old friends donated to new plushies being welcomed. He’s my favorite thing in the world and I wouldn’t trade him for anything.

About: Yes that is really his name. The bear builder probably regretted asking but i just think the color pattern is like an oil spill okay? And i don't take the names too seriously as i get older. BP is loved no matter what.

About: As frogs are my favorite animal, I had my eye on this 2.5 foot frog for a while. A third party store happened to have him and then put him on a huge discount so i had to get him?? I can no longer open my closet door because he sits in front of it. Help.

About: Jelly Cat plush are truly on another level. Eggs are my favorite food and these eggs are so small and soft and cute. I’m also starting embroidery and my current project is making the deviled egg! I hope to one day get the huge eggs. i also have the egg bag.
