Birds are so funny to watch when you have a tree directly in front of your window, because like wtf:

You land on the middle of my window directly in my view, bend your neck and hold your head to the side for a long time with your eyes closed, and then act all offended and beak wide open when I come closer to see what the hell you are doing. Like bro, you came to my window to do all that, you could have done it on a branch just a few inches away

(it's stuff like that and the random female finches that try to eat my weather screen. At least I can take photos of them up close without scaring them off, it's like bird watching on easy dumbass baby mode. Kinda debating on getting one of those bird feeders or bird houses you can suction cup onto windows.)

Ngl doing little skits and text posts about the nightblooms is fun. I was originally gonna try to make a comic (like a semi episodic - semi story driven slice of life comic) with them, but I don't know how the first episodes would go(I have ideas of character arcs/journeys just not how to start the comic), plus I still have to smooth out the whole timeline stuff with the characters and when what happens. So I'mma keep making little "skits" with them and possibly in the future turn those into comic episodes.

(Probably will doodle this later, since this is related to a drawing I have in queue to draw, But)

*The bachelor party led Draken in. After a bit of still, Draken feels his heartbeat quicken slightly as his second head can still hear*

*after being given a few items and getting pushed towards somewhere, the headphones and blindfolds get taken off*

(thou seriously jokes a side, this song actually made me cry and had me thinking about how I'm most likely gonna out live my mom due to ages and how devastating her death is gonna be, emotionally, since she was one of the rocks that kept me from actually committing when I was the most suicidal)

Finished some thumbnails/test sketches for my first batch of wholesome art

These are supposed to be bits of the character's futures(I'll try to do some general present stuff too once I get this batch done)

I've been trying to think of a few wholesome situations to draw my screen plant monster OCs in, due to the fact I've been feeling really horrible for both putting them in canon lore-related horrors and creating "underfell" versions of them(who are even more traumatized than their og versions because it's a fell au. Honestly I kinda regret making the designs because they pushed me over the edge of "Yeah, no, take these guys out of the situations for a while. I need to like, take them for ice cream for something", but hey I had the urge to make the au since I got back into undertale fully), and one idea I had was two artworks of when Gossamer and Caspian are adults. Specifically sometime during their post-secondary/college years(Caspian would be in a veterinary education course and Gossamer a sort of art course with the goal of becoming a toy maker)

And for the artwork of Caspian, I got the idea of when Caspian becomes like 22 or something he gets into a purely romantic and platonic relationship with the best friend of his twin. Who, he has actually had a crush on for a good few years, but didn't realize that it was a crush due to trauma related trust issues that he was healing from. Idk, thought it would be cute.

I'll talk more if and when I make the artwork along with other wholesome artworks

Since this fact is gonna be shown in one of these artworks I'd might as well put this fact here in a reblog.

Fun fact: Gossamer is ambidextrous and can technically write with more than one hand at a time, though he limits himself to two arms max because it does get overwhelming and confusing when he's doing something like writing notes with all his arms (thou even then with two arms he got to do a rhythm of "this arm writes this paragraph, this arm writes this paragraph, this arm writes this paragraph, this arm-" when using both to write, he can use them both at the same time if one is like, doodling a graph or something). His go-tos for note taking and writing is his middle right arm and his bottom left arm(they are just the most comfortable for him since he can then use this top pair of arms' hands to rest his head on)

Teeth are wild

Because they are the only bone that can stick out of your body, technically, without it being a major problem and because of their apparent need for air YOU have to clean them yourself because they are too lazy to clean themselves. Not to mention how many there are and they come in waves. And then in the beginning your adulthood at max 4 more come popping out to join the rest of your adult teeth like they always been there and sometimes they go all goofy like their one job isn't just to be straight and help you chew

You wanna know what's totally absolutely fun?

Having a strong, potentially severe, storm coming in during the peak of your town's "let's set EVERYTHING off" time for fourth of july.

Can't tell what is a firework and what is thunder without the occasional roll that somehow finds a gap to make a noise in. Not to mention which is just a sparkle and which is rain starting to come down.

I'mma be real, the first time I played Kinitopet I thought the alarm clock before the hide and seek part starts was linked to your actual computer clock like the in-game clock.

And I only thought that because it coincidentally happened to have just turned 11:00am by the time I got to that part.
