An actual piece of film I exposed and developed yesterday. Sadly, the film is blank. Experiment fail. The controls worked though, so the issue is with the antibody I used and isn’t something I did wrong. Hooray! #julyphotoaday #july25th #IhateScience

Before I embiggened it, it looked like those drops were hovering above your hand. A chance for an optical illusion photo, there!

Saturday night, there was no Malbec. I had to open a bottle of some stupid blend that had way too much Merlot. Sunday afternoon, as I was dusting the wine cabinet, I discovered five bottles of Cupcake Malbec. IT’S A MALBEC MIRACLE!

Viewing conditions were not good tonight, too windy! Still, it was fun to get out and take a few photos at 700mm on a #Canon #7D with the 500mm f/4L IS USM and the 1.4x TC II. #July12th #moon #julyphotoaday

On July 9th, I came home to find this wild rabbit in my yard. I often see this rabbit and others in my yard eating dandelions which makes them okay in my book! You can see my house in the reflection in the eye. Sadly, I didn’t quite nail focus and I clipped the ears in the second photo. :-(

soon2becatlady These were taken about 7:30ish AM July 2 on Lake Superior out of Marquette, MI. I was lucky to catch the crepuscular rays shining down through the clouds.
