sketch comms for supporting reproductive rights/information post!!
hey yāall, iām sure most of if not all of you are well aware of what happened yesterday in the US in regards to SCOTUSā ruling on overturning roe v. wade, so i wonāt get into it in its entirety (but Iāll link to information about the decision here and here if you have yet to here about it).
but anyways getting to what this post is about, i wanted to offer icon sketch commissions in exchange for proof of donation to any of the following organizations (or any other legitimate organizations/donation centers)!
my first recommendation would be to donate to local abortion funds, iāll link a website here where you can find organizations local to you and donate from there!

another recommendation would be keep our clinics (in association with the abortion care network), whose focus is helping to fund independent abortion clinics

iām sure those of you who are able to may have already donated/plan to donate, but i just figured hey if anyoneās on the fence about donating for some reason or needed a reminder, this would encourage you to do so (and be a sort of thank you to those who already have)
i wanted to link to the womenās march website as they have a map available if you are interested in finding local rallies/events near you in support of the pro-choice movement!
finally i wanted to add to please please PLEASE be sure you are voting for pro-choice candidates, both in the primaries (if they have not passed already for your state/district) and the generals. it is so important to speak up about the pro-choice movement and other human rights issues, but even more important to vote for those who can make a change and will uphold said rights. if you arenāt registered to vote, iāll attach a link here that has all sorts of information on how to register, where/when to vote, etc.
as one last note, i wanted to add again that i encourage you to donate if you are able to (even if youāre not interested in a commission)! and if you arenāt able to, maybe consider sharing this post to get some information out to others who may be interested! keep in mind that this isnāt just a womenās issue, itās everyone with a uterus and the people in their lives, so stay mindful and informed and do what you can to support the movement!
