It's the weirdest thing but whenever I pull out the yoga mat, it's like the dogs don't even bother me. They don't walk on my mat or anyting. They have no problem laying on dirty laundry but the mat, nah. Perhaps, somehow they know that I am essentially working to harmonize both positive and negative energies while dispelling energies non-conducive to the overall state of equilibrium in the space. More specifically my internal space & that the mat I practice on, littered with my distilled essence, is a medium for my practice to begin.
