What new relationships might I build help me attain my career goals?
People in Head office. As a store we do communicate with different for example VM team, if I could take that of my manager it will be away of building new relationships.
Who do I know who can support me attain my career goals?
Amy my old assistant manager has gone to London to work in flagship store then her own, I have a close relationship with her and she has a good relationship with HO she could be a good resource for me.
Who have I lost touch with who might be able to support me in my career goals?
A woman that used to come in our store now and again works with brand development, she told how she started on the shop floor now travels all over. I could email her and ask her about her trip she last told me about to Italy.
What role can my friends and family take in encouraging me to stay focused?
Understanding that I don’t have the time at moment to go out and they could help me with college work as they know I am falling behind with it.
What role can my unit head/manager play in supporting my career aspirations?
By taking me to meetings with her to Head office I could then meet a lot of new people and have a better understanding of the job roles.

How can I prepare myself and my environment to achieve my goals?
By keeping in communication with people in Head office, I can then see who are willing to help me achieve them and what sort of people I get on the best with.

Networking and communication, by knowing people in the industry it helps get higher or recommended.
What steps do I need to take to get from where I am now to where I want to be?
Show skills now so that the area managers know I would be good of a job, become supervisor in London as well as do an intern in Head office.

Being forward thinking showing the brand that I can help move them forward and show effective ideas.

New systems and software’s on their computers. How to be more professional and present myself better. Mainly how to run a successful fashion brand.

I.T Skills I am quite I fast learner of technology
Visual merchandising so I can see how stock will sell and how to sell it in stores.

By moving away and putting my time in to it like I have been doing.

The commitment to the store I am in now, I feel I have to many responsibilities to leave and find it hard considering leaving in my plan witch o know I have to .

What does my ideal job look like?
Living away somewhere like America but traveling.
If I could do any job in the world what might it be and why?
Any job that excites me and isn’t boring, involves traveling and more time off than what I have now.
What are my goals (short/long term)?
Short term arte to move to London for a while and go in to head office. Long term would be to have a job working with head office that allows me to work with different stores.
What energizes me?
Coffee and the thought of being young enough to develop my carer so by the time I am ready to have a family I have the life I want.

By next year i want to be finishing my Intern at HO Calvin Klein, In 5 years i want to be settled in another country.

Finding witch department I would like to work for, In head office there are so many jobs opportunities

I want more experience in the business side of fashion and see how it works. an where i can fit in to that

What is my preferred balance between work and my personal life?
Preferred in my personal life however the opening and closing hours in store means I don’t get much of a personal life at the minute,
Who else does this affect?
My friends and boyfriend, They also work but sometimes I am working till 11 at night or weekends and miss out on a lot of gatherings.
What normally gets in the way of achieving my goals?
Properly money mostly, I had enough I would be able to go straight to London live nearer and know I could just go to New York.What kind of work
environment suits me best?
I do not like anything too agitated but I do like staying busy, so something productive but tranquil. Do I feel I have a calling in life? I like to help people ideally i have an income that could help people who don’t have one at all that has been dream of mine since I was very young.

Where am I now in regards to my career?
On the right track of developing my career at Calvin Klein, With a recent promotion it is the first steps of becoming higher, till I go to head office.
What is my view of current situation?
My view is good, however I do not want to take on to much responsibility where I find it hard to leave the store.
What have been my experiences to date?
Talking to people in head office in different department such as stock, finance, HR, VM and Brand development.
What do I enjoy most?
Having insight on how the business is run from the very basics such as where the stock has come from and why we have chosen them designs.
What skills come to me naturally?
Leadership skills, I enjoy to take control of a team an make sure tasking is complete
What do I think my strengths/assets are? (Skills, knowledge, talents, interests)?
Brand knowledge, I am able to communicate with people who are in head office because of this.
What are some things people ask me to help with?
Working with figures, I enjoy doing some task that help with the finance, e.g. Budgeting , money maps ect.

I specialise in a certain department and make sure it is looked after by people who have had the training by me only.

I value good work ethic and people who are willing to but the effort in.
Do I like to lead, work with people as a team or work alone (with data or text)? I like to be in team although I prefer to be the leader along side someone, I feel like the day is much more productive if I do that.
Do I like working face to face with customers or back office work?
I enjoy being on the shop floor and giving good customer service, however I am very task focused in work.
It has always been my dream to live in New York. The biggest Calvin Klein Head office is in NY so i can see a chance of that coming true,
Once i am certian of what department i would like to develop my carer in i will do at least a year in New York and hopefully one day live there.

While in Head office i would like to try a number of different roles in the company, by looking on the website you can see how many departments their actually is. My dream would be to help with brand development in America and Italy
This year i am hoping to go to London. I know the assistant manger for the flagship store, when Calvin Klein open a new store in London she will become manager. I have already spoke to her about my plan, she has asked me to become supervisor part time and go to head office.
With this contact it opens a lot of doors with me in the company i would be able to shadow her as she goes to trade shows and meeting regularly in Head office.
