Scrimmage after Camp... First game since i torn my ACL/MCL and part of my PCL... Was pretty scared at the beginning but after the first few plays went by it was all good and i was just focused on hitting someone. Even made it as you can see on the video :-)

New cleats for the season... ordered some stuff from eastbay :-)) I also bought some new college gear bevause I fucking love college clothes and i have like almost from every D1 college a hoody or a shirt 😂 But back to the cleats... I hope i can play this season and wear them.. end of february we will have trainings camp and at the end a scrimmage... i hope im back 💯% 💪🏻💪🏻

Reading at the lunch break @work… How often you hear successful people saying reading is better than watching TV or watch funny videos on YT… I heard that a month ago in a video again and i thought damn i need to read something again… I always felt that i want to read something but years ago i just bought books i didnt like and then didnt read them. So thats why I never bought new ones… i thought reading is nothing for me … but reading is for EVERYONE!! You just have to find a book that you like and you will fall in love with it. I swear im fucking addicted to read now hahaha I already ordered 4 other books and I already read one before that one… I will show you that one later :-)) Get the book an Amazon

Hell yeah!!! I did it..... after that i did 117,5 with a little help ... so proud!! Set goals, smash it, set new ones..... Wanna do 130 kg (about 290 lbs) in 2 months 🔥💪
