Unplanned Obsolescence

Turkey day was fun and I am excited for what the continued updates will bring to ACNH! Nintendo added a randomizer feature to the Dreaming function, so Dream Crossing is probably not as useful now. 🙁 I am still going to keep the website up and running because it was super fun to build, and I’m happy Nintendo continues to listen to the fan base with every update!!

Day 11 of Animal Costober! (#ACtober) The theme today was Vampire and I didn’t get on early enough to download any designs at Able Sisters so...here is the result. Wearing a mask is an easy way to hide your fangs as you blend in with your animal neighbors while trying to remember that you cannot eat them!! 🧛🏻‍♀️ As always, daily costume prompts can be found in my previous posts.

Day 10 of Animal Costober! (#ACtober) Today’s theme was fruit so I decided to use one of the many fruit outfits in game. I love the watermelon hat, plus watermelons and pumpkins are pretty similar since they’re both gourds. 🎃 🍉 Tomorrow is vampire. 🧛🏻‍♀️ Also look at those clouds!!

Emerging from the Bone Eater’s Well... in honor of Yashahime and for day 9 of Animal Costober (#ACtober), here’s Kagome! I love Inuyasha and only watched the entire series recently. The prompt for today was anime character and although it was hard to pick just one, any excuse to wear the sailor outfit in Animal Crossing is good enough for me!

Also if you have watched Inuyasha, you know I could not leave out that speech bubble. 😉

Today’s theme for Animal Costober (#ACtober) is alien. This alien crash landed on Mystic (hence the band-aids) to collect some bug specimens. 🐛 The new skin + eye colors are so fun to play around with and can create some really cool looks. Code for this dress is: MA-6516-5201-4828. Tomorrow’s theme is animal. 🐾

Day 5 of Animal Costober (#ACtober is how I’m tagging it)! Today’s theme is “Nintendo Character” and honestly it was a pretty tough category since I’m a huge Nintendo fan. With the new eye colors in Animal Crossing, I realized I could put together a pretty good Edelgard. I love Fire Emblem and picked the Black Eagles on my first playthrough. Too bad there wasn’t a good enough item for the post time skip crown because I love that character design!!
