Bed Witchcraft

I used to get sick a lot, and it didn’t seem like there were a lot witchy things to do while I let my body heal. After surgery, I experienced the same mundane feeling of having to do nothing.

Well, there are some things you can do while stuck in bed. Here are some of them:

Draw Sigils on yourself/your bedpost for healing

Use your own energy to cleanse your entire body

Meditate/listen to a guided meditation meant to heal

Chant or sing a spell you favour

Set an intention for yourself and define what you’ll do once you can get out of bed

Send energy to someone you love, or someone you don’t

Think about crystals and their different uses to boost your memory

Think about herbs and their uses to boost your memory

Write a spell or ritual

Make a sachet or charm bag to help you heal

Do a spell that requires little supplies. Ex: A crystal and a bundle of herbs to speed up the healing process

Do some online shopping to spruce up your altar/supply cabinet

Make a kit or mini altar to use as you get better

Sleep and try astral projection whenever you wake up to take your medication

cast spells on your favourite perfumes, depending on how they make you feel!

e.g. I cast a glamour on my Paco Rabanne Black XS for confidence and self-assurance because it has such a strong, powerful scent! Alternatively, I cast a protection on a cheap Victoria’s Secret perfume that I put on if I have to walk at night!

*remember to note which perfumes have spells on them/what they are!!
