Why Crossfangs is great:

Why Rivals Duo is great:

rewatching old dteam videos and seeing exactly what it was that made them so popular and just. they're so earnest. they're so open. they're so fresh, the ideas are interesting but its the people and the dynamics that really sell it. they're having so much fun, and they're laughing all the time at everything. they sound so comfortable with themselves and around each other, they don't really care about being lame or messing up that much. they make weird sounds, and scream and yell and compliment each other ever when they're competing and they get excited about everything and you can tell how much that genuinely love what they're doing and who they're spending time with

it's just so so so good. it's the kinda thing you could build an empire on top of

clenches my fist. my friend mentioned April Fools updates and so I mentioned popping in on the Minecraft one and she said the minecraft ones remake the entire game ??? and perhaps it pings wrong to me because that feels a step away from the “mojang puts more effort into the april fools updates, they’re better than real updates” argument but I’m not being disparaging to minecraft when I say they do not do that. like i will give her this the one rogue-like one last year was pretty extensive but that’s the exception that proves the rule. they are always janky and offer a limited amount of play time before getting old. LMAO I do love that they do these updates I look forward to see what it is every year but still 🙄 I have to nitpick if only on my own blog

Me experience seeing other mcyts rn is people talking about how the spear is kinda lame, gently poking each other with it and then leaving it aside, sometimed experimenting with it for like 20 minutes before getting bored, sometimes using it to elytra spear someone while they work. And then I turn around and the spear has completely changed manhunt and Dream wields that shit like a monster, killing people with one blow with even a wooden spear

what a manhunt wow!! it was really messed up that he posted it right as I powered down to go to sleep though 🙄 and I did accidentally spoil myself on the ending when I got up this morning BUT literally didn’t even matter, it’s all about the journey and the journey was engrossing!

the hunters splitting up made this almost the opposite of last manhunt, where there were tons of fights of Dream stomping the hunters as opposed to tunneling and hiding the whole time. and some of his plays, wow the nether portal stacking, the ghost blocks to execute puffy for the elytra?! at some point I remember thinking wow dream is at the top of his game- actually, I think it was from all the very precise boat dismount executions early on. and he was so close to the finish line!! I can see his thought process of sapnap has no more rockets, I’ll chase him down under the island to confirm the kill of my biggest threat, I’ll just land on the side of the pillars since I’ve got blocks and ender pearls- oops! what a sick snipe by puffy, the fruits of her aggression this manhunt. and it was great getting to hear her ant and sam a lot because of the split call (they were killing me when ant was dogging on sam for leading dream to their beds hahaha, I laughed a lot this manhunt too). he literally never misses I love you manhunt
