I like throwing stuff out. Especially the feeling of tearing up a no more useful piece of paper makes me feel grounded and important. My inside voices go “Hey, look at me. I am so through these. I don’t even need them anymore.”

What is even better is to actually kiss goodbye to some of your belongings and donate them and say: “Look at me! I am all grown up now so I can let others grow up, too.”
