Je viens de commencer à remarquer que mon cerveau pense sans cesse au passé ou au futur et que je vivais rarement dans le présent, c’est après 12 ans que j’apprends enfin à m’écouter et à rester un peu plus présente ! Mais ce n’est jamais trop tard pour commencer à mieux vivre et à mieux penser ce n’est jamais trop tard pour avoir de nouvelles habitudes qu’on est normalement censé avoir dès nôtres plus jeune âge ❤️ ( those days where life has more colors )
