           ❛   he’s  sweet  when  he  wants  to  be.   ❜    sure  he  gets  on  her  nerves  sometimes,  but  he’s  still  her  boyfriend,  wendy  just  wasn’t  there  to  see  him  a  few  years  ago.     ❛   i’m  not  sugar - coating,   ❜    cuts  herself  mid  sentence,  she  doesn’t  want  to  lie  to  her.  there’s  no  use  to  try  and  hide  something  from  her.  no  matter  how  she  downplays  her  problems  or  thoughts,  the  other  girl  will  find  a  way  to  make  her  say  what  she  really  thinks.  and  it’s  not  a  bad  thing,  alice  knows  she’s  incredibly  lucky  to  have  this  kind  of  support.  but  she’s  worried  a  lot  of  people  ever  since  the  fire,  her  friends  deserve  a  break  from  her  constant  need  of  help.    ❛  i  mean,  we  did  fight  again,  but  it  was  so  stupid  thinking  back  about  it.  i’d  asked  him  to  just  clean  up  a  bit  when  i  left  for  willow’s  and  well,  i  came  back  to  nothing  done.  so  i  guess  that  put  me  in  a  mood.   ❜    she’ll  sigh,  back  against  the  couch,  head  thrown  back  in  exhaustion  at  how  dumb  it  all  sounds.     ❛   but  i  was  going  to  spend  time  with  you  tonight  regardless !   ❜    she  absolutely  feels  the  need  to  tell  her.  wendy  isn’t  a  comfort  back  up  plan  when  things  go  wrong  with  adrian.
