How to fix the Moana/the Ceremony Softlock
If you are stuck at the end of the questline, do not fear! Do not scrap your save! It is still salvagable.
Reboot your game
When you load back in, you'll notice that the camera basically breaks after a few seconds, and you can't reopen it or move. You can, however, open menus and teleport.
Teleport to any other biome (such as the Forest of Valor).
Change your outfit (I don't know why, just do it. It works).
Move the ceremony altar thing (again, I don't know why, just do it).
Save your game
Reboot. When you load back in, spam the + button to try to take the picture. You have a very short window to do so (only a few seconds). It worked for me on first try, but if it doesn't work for you, then reboot and try again.
Note: There are varying reports of this working. Following this method worked for me, but some people have had to move the ceremony altar, their house, or change their clothes and reboot several times.
