“We are not dead!” The soldier huffed, his helmet jumped as he snapped his feet together to stand at attention, “We are just tired and lazy!” Only the dorky grin was exposed of the Coloradan’s head.

“S-sorry! I didn’t realize I was staring!” The Red Scout timidly looked away, trying to hide his blushing.

“It will probably sting a little,” She pulled out a bottle that contained hydrogen peroxide, “But it will make the pain much more bearable when it starts to heal,” Evelyn smiled as she walked over to him, dampening the cloth with the chemical, “Ready?” She wanted to make sure the other was ready for her to start cleaning the wound.

He sucked in some air and braced himself. “…Yeah…”

The doctor held back a small laugh, before gently rubbing the cloth over the injury, taking a few times to go over it to make sure it was clean as possible.

“There, all done.” Evelyn placed the cloth off to the side, “Now let’s get that bandaged up.”

"Well,” The BLU sighed, going over to the nearby medicine cabinet, “Well just to on the safe side, I’ll disinfect it.”

“Okay… D-do what you must.” He said quietly. He tried to avoid looking around too much, he didn’t ant to seem suspicious.

The medic eyed him for a moment, watching him try to hide something, “May I ask, was there something you needed?”

“N-no.. Sorry…” He sheepishly tried to hide his right leg.

Evelyn pushed up her glasses, letting out a sigh, “Are you trying to hide an injury from me?” She gave the Scout a stern look: RED or not, she had an obligation as a doctor to heal all patients, “You know I’m trained to recognise the signs of injury, as well as when people try to hide one.”

He blushed and looked away, no use in hiding it now…

“I… I got into a pretty nasty encounter with one of your Snipers.. I got a k-knife right to the calf…”

“Ack,” She frowned, circling the Scout to get a look at the injured leg, “Looks like he did a real number on you,” she scoffed, before waving for the Scout to follow her back to the medical bay, “I keep telling them to be more civilized but I guess that’s too much to ask. Come, I’ll get it healed up for you.”

He hesitated a little before following her. His leg was beginning to hurt a whole lot worse, it may get infected if he left it like that. Besides, his own Medic never seemed to pay him any mind. His entire team didn’t even know he existed for that matter.

She patted the nearest examination table for him to sit before heading to the mounted medgun, “How long has it been that way?“Evelyn flicked a switch and aimed the contraption to the Scout, "Your leg of course.”

"Oh… It’s been a couple hours now. I-I was never good a-at finding medkits…” He replied sheepishly.

Bloody Trip (Closed RP)

The sigh the Brutal let out was overly dramatic to say the least. He enjoyed being in his van, it was one of his favorite places besides his nest, just the fact of where he was going and what he was wearing made him uneasy and moody. He was wearing the normal uniform of a Sniper back when he was on RED, the normal colored outfit he had abadoned years ago. Next to him was the black hair tipped red teen known as Zac, his apprentice so to say. Kid was probably as thrilled to be going to the destination as much as Taylbot was, maybe even less.

Cramped in his van with a few meowling cats–a few meaning sixteen–as they were driving to visit his mother was always a great way to spend the day for two Brutals. So was being forced to sit on the battlefield without being able to join in on the bloodshed, or being forced to stand in a room full of idiots Scouts just asking to be murdered–literally.

Taylbot growled, deciding that it would be much better to take the dirt road rather than the actual road: less chance of having to deal with people–he had to keep his uniform clean-ish–and a lot quicker to the isolated home Mr. and Mrs. Laundre lived. Fuck safety, he was the complete opposite of “safe.”

“So uh…this place we are going, where is it and-” he cut off, yanking a small cat off of his lap as he spoke and set it down next to him. Zak had never been a big fan of traveling due to constant movement during his childhood, but being in a van full of cats, AGAIN, was not on the top of his top things to want list.

“Why must we have all these cats with us? Seriously this van is like a drivable litter box!” The younger man threw his hands in the air, leaving one of his arm wraps dangling which instantly got a kitten interested. He huffed and yanked the dirty cloth away from the tiny cat and re-wrapped it, grumbling slightly.

“Besides you haven’t even told me, well…” he glanced to the cats, “us where we are even going.” the brutal scout crossed his arms and leaned his head against the window, watching the scenery as it passed.

Tayl glared at the Scout next to him as Zak removed the kitten from his lap, watching to make sure the little guy would be put down gently. Only when the kitten was down did he return his gaze in front of his and spoke in his gruff tone, "I thought I told ye where we were goin'," he rolled his eyes, "We're goin' to my mum's place to deliver a few things."

He growled at the remark of the other involving his van, "It's not a bloody litter box ye wanker, there's a hole in the back the little cuties squat over to do their business. And I'm not leaving them at the base by themselves, what if some prancing show pony comes and finds them?" He would have to gut anyone who touched his precious babies, "Where I go, they go."

I FOUND THIS IN SOMEONE'S RULES, AND IT'S RELEVANT

I like to know my writing partner. This isn’t always necessary, and if you’re not the sort of person who tries to get chummy with their roleplaying buddies, that’s absolutely fine, but in my experience, the plots and characters that last the longest are the ones with the players that I can message at 3 in the morning with an idea without feeling like I’m bothering them.

Quinn continued not to notice the BLU until the man let out a loud battle cry, causing him to whip around quickly, pulling out his gun–some what clumsily since he was taken by surprise–but before he had a chance to even get his gun into a decent position, or for the BLU to fire off a rocket, the battle cry turned into a quick scream before the Soldier’s body slumped down in front of him.

“Merde!” He hissed, shooting the Soldier a few times in the head, even though the guy was already dead, “Piece of shit!” He wasn’t quite angry with the Soldier, rather with himself. Upon noticing the arrow in the man’s skull, he took a moment to wonder where it came from, before hearing the approaching footsteps of a Heavy-Medic combo, “Ugh, fantastique…” Cloaking into the shadows he prepared to strike the Medic down.

She would leave after saving his ass but just seeing the sight of his poor moves decided her to stay. Natasha had another arrow ready just in case if he doesn’t leave his spot. Staying in the open for so long will leave you vulnerable to the enemies. Like one, or two, right now.

She repeated her method of waiting until the sight of a BLU Heavy appeared in her scope. Releasing the arrow, she watched the Russian fall and the German react to the sudden kill.

Ugh, he was getting sloppy after all these years, but that would happen when you leave the battlefield for over a year before being forced back. Sneering slightly he watched as an arrow lodged into the body of the Heavy, taking the large Russian down, and soon after the Medic switched to his Bonesaw.

Always a treat when the man took out that weapon. Quinn rolled his eyes before pulling out the Ambassador, pointing it up to the German’s head, “Too slow,” then pulled the trigger. The body fell limp to the ground with a bullet hole to the head, a few moments later the loud voice calling out that RED had won the match, “Très bon,” Quinn mumbled, not feeling quite as proud as he should have, taking himself back to the resupply room.
