(alcohol & drug use is detectable in hair for long periods of time. removing it from the body can be considered a purge on a number of levels. the act is only perverted when done explicitly for sex. those always needing their partner to appear prepubescent are of a different category altogether...)

(Christianity & fascism both characteristed by obedience to an all-powerful male ruler. Franco's rule was of course explicitly Christian fascist. at the very least this indicates a compatibility...)

(toxic men often exploit & celebrate symptoms of Stockholm syndrome. Stockholm syndrome is widespread & normalised in most societies. this is why the right-wing oppose certain social change. as well as why they often develop their bodies but not personality or empathy...)

(Venus is the Roman goddess of love etc, analogous to the Greek goddess Aphrodite...)

(Lucifer is the Latin term for the appearance of Venus in the morning, analogous to the Greek 'phósphoros' or 'light-bringer'...)

(Lucifer later came to be another name for the devil. is this another example of Christian demonisation of a goddess & women?)

(Christ was arrested & tried by the Jewish authorities in Judea. they of course believed that sex between men was a sin punishable by death as written in the Torah/Old Testament...)

'And a man who lies with a male as one would with a woman both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon themselves.' (Leviticus 20:13)

(in other words, the Jewish authorities would have disliked claims of a queer messiah or son of God. perhaps why they seen him a false prophet...)

(considering all this & Roman Christian anti-gay law soon to come, A.D. then represents the era of Western homophobic oppression in which the early Jews & Christians both have a hand in...)

(1/2) (was Christ queer? gay relationships were common during the Roman republic & early Roman empire*. homophobic law came in later. his arrest as described in the King James Bible goes:)

'And there followed him a certain young man, having a linen cloth cast about his naked body; and the young men laid hold on him. And he left the linen cloth, and fled from them naked.' (Mark 14:51-52)

(various other Bible translations describe the young man as wearing only a sheet, a bedsheet or a nightshirt...)

(who was this person**? many paintings depict someone young & beardless affectionately close to Christ. this is sometimes thought to be John, who apparently speaks about himself in third person...)

(the most common translation of John 13:23 depicts the Last Supper thus:)

'One of his disciples - the one whom Jesus loved - was reclining next to him'

(why make distinct 'the one whom Jesus loved'? did Christ not love everyone, particularly his disciples? was it a different type of love for this one then?)

(there are also 5 other mentions of 'the disciple whom Jesus loved' in the Gospel of John...)
