A combination of my never-ending bad luck, my two left feet and untied shoe laces, probably. Or I was probably looking at a pretty girl I will never talk to and not where I was walking. I can't really remember, I took the fall pretty hard to the events prior to it are a little fuzzy in my head.

Hey, drum face is a pretty cool nickname if you think about it. Maybe people will forget the story and think you’re a drumming legend instead! My week’s been pretty good, starting rehearsals for the next play. I’m in the shit with my girlfriend’s parents though which isn’t ideal.

That...no, that could just be twisted in so many ways. One minute it's that I fell face first into the drums and the next it's that I somehow look like a drum and its just all down hill from there. I don't have that kind of good luck with those things, so there is just no way that will work out for me.

Huh. That’s an interesting injury.

My life seems to be full of those. I mean I walked it off as cool as possible,so at least not having to see the nurse was a plus.I guess only time and whether or not kids start calling me "drum face" will tell if I truly survived the incident. How's your week going so far? Please tell me that you got your hand stuck in a tuba or something worse than my story happened.

It’s probably just the hearing loss.

I'm not even sure if I should be annoyed by it or freaked out. I guess the overwhelming sense of embarrassment and humiliation from it all is clouding my judgement.

Yeah. I’ve never seen snow before.

Yeah, I feel that man. I guess if it was summer all the time we would get sick to death of it though. That whole no homework thing though, I don’t think I’d ever get tired of that.

Yeah,maybe,I mean there's a lot of fun to be had when it's snowing. I kinda miss that. But it's great out here too. Really love water parks, man. Me and my buds would go to Six Flags a lot during the summer. We'd just spend all day and night there back in Jersey. It never gets old. It'd be cool to do that out here once the summer rolls around.

Cat sat up from the couch when she heard the doorbell.She grabbed her wallet thinking it was the pizza guy and skipped over to the door. She flung it open and let out a squeak “Drew! Hi! Come in!!” she moved aside so the the other human could come inside.

He cleared his throat as he waited, distracted by his thoughts,which caused him to jump as the door flew open. "Hey--Cat. Hey... Uh...thanks." he chuckled nervously, walking in and looking around. He rocked back and forth on his feet, trying not too look nosy from all his surveying of her home, and waited to be lead into the house."Thanks for inviting me. I uh,brought a few movies along,hope that's cool?" he asked as he followed her.

Pizza and Movies || Drew and Cat

Cat had spent the morning with Beck and after their pancake quest she flopped face first on the couch. She pulled out her computer and looked at the post Drew had made. She invited the adorable boy to her house even though she knew no one was home. She placed an order for a pizza and laid back on the couch waiting

Drew didn't hang out with girls much, if at all. They made him nervous, and in his opinion, they mostly hated him or thought he was too weird to bother with,which is what made him so nervous to hang out with Cat. The girl was sweet in that innocent,naive sort of way, which could have been the reason she didn't think poorly of him and invited him over.  Taking this as a good chance to make a friend and hang out with people outside of school, Drew headed over to her place, taking not very long at all since he got to use the car today, and with a push of the bell, he stuck his hands in his pockets and tried to not show how nervous he was.
