whoever came up with the idea that zombies can sprint at full speed clearly had a ridiculous death wish. i mean, what was wrong with the slow ones? at least those gave you a fighting chance. yeah, keep morale up. future joseph and drew can deal with all the life-or-death decisions, we'll just hope they know what they're doing. we get the odd break here and there, but i'm mostly confined to england at the moment. can't really wander too far from set. we're still plugging away at it, though, and i still have those little moments where i stop and think how is this my life. it's a pretty surreal feeling. what about you? i saw you've got a show coming out! how's that all feeling? excited? nervous?

I'm both terrified and excited at the exact same time, which I'm told is a pretty normal way to feel, right? I never imagined motherhood would be part of my story. Annie's doing really well. She just wrapped press for The Odyssey, and apparently our little Peanut behaved the entire time, which I'm very grateful for.

genuinely can't wait to hear it. i mean — i think so? i don't have kids but my sister does and that seemed to be the experience for her. major life changes usually result in major emotions. rooting for you though. so, safe to say this was all a pretty big surprise? god, i can't wait to see the odyssey. only heard good things about it.

as someone that has two sisters, i feel this real hard. you can always count on them to keep you humble. do you get to see your sister often or does work keep you away? i'm always trying to drag my siblings to events and use it as bonding time.

are you serious? damnit. although, they are in the trailer so it's not much of a spoiler. yeah, that's something you will have to see once the movie comes out. the spiderman one is now over or put on hold as now i've been travelling the world for the odyssey. it's a little much when you have two movies coming out in the same month. no, and i don't think they'll ever release it. the ones i've been hearing are jean grey, the new wanda or madame webb. it's been interesting to see people discuss the whole thing. oh right, you do have a show with anya. can't wait to see that. should be good. you ready to say goodbye to outer banks though? it's been a big part of your life for a couple of years. i know already that i'll be a mess when i have to say bye to spiderman.

almost made it the entire press run without spoiling someone — sorry. so, is this the part where i confess that i haven't watched any trailers yet? i've been getting all my spoilers from twitter, going into this thing half-blind. sounds like a lot, man. do you get any time off after press for the odyssey or are they throwing you right into the next big project or press run? see, i heard jean grey too and that's the one i'm really hoping for. been a minute since we've last had a jean grey so my fingers are crossed. yeah, lucky. it's out tonight so hope you can find the time to watch. honestly? yes and no. it's weird being on a show for so long and then having to say goodbye to it and no longer having that safety net, but it's also very exciting to know that there's nothing holding me back now. i can commit to other projects without worry about having to reserve a certain amount of months a year for obx filming, you know? lots of mixed feelings in this house. terrifying thought, isn't it? have they said anything about doing another spider-man movie after this new one?
