That means “slut, son of a bitch” to Carly. It’s more than obvious that they’re dating, it’s not breaking news. And I’m not saying that you need to aprove their relationship, or even like her. But do you seriously need to comment stuff like that? Call her a bitch, slut, whore, motherfucker, son of a bitch, and other names? Does that make you a better person? Does that make Wesley like you?
