On the plus side, finding out that you have ADHD makes a lot of people happier, because they finally understand why they do That Weird Thing, and know to look at resources for folks with ADHD for help. It’s actually empowering in ways you don’t expect.

It’s okay to come to ADHD communities and borrow our resources, tips, and tricks even if you only think you have ADHD.

Lack of resources for ADHD is not due to people who suspect they have ADHD using them.  It is due to neurotypical people not taking ADHD seriously enough to think we need resources.

If you suspect you may have ADHD, then you may have ADHD!  You are welcome even without a professional diagnosis.  Anyone who tells you otherwise needs to take their bitter soul elsewhere.

multiple witnesses at the LA protest had said that the people causing the most damage and specifically the person setting fire to a police vehicle were undercover police 

protesters had been trying to stop them and they seem to laugh and keep their havoc 

one person even share a video of a police officer getting out of a van in civilian clothes affirming that he was from “CNN” only for the protester to confront the cops on the van 

so be careful, they are infiltrating all protest to escalate the situation
