I do try mami but we both have busy schedules so it's kinda hard to make time you know. I wish we could ignore it as it'll be better for all of us.

I went for a run this morning, just to clear my head and overall to exercise and realized one very important thing. I should have never stopped my rigorous workout after high school and my Modeling days. I’m entirely out of shape. So from now on, it’s power bars and an apple a day until I can run ten miles without feeling like I’m going to die.

You sound more healthy then me right now, I haven't run or did anything gym related since I gave up football, but good luck I'm sure you can do it.
