Would you want a 80s reboot of Jem?
Yes, glam rock forever
It can reflect the time and trends of the modern day
I would want to see a more timeless stage musical style

"How did you come up with the name Jerrica?" I didn't. That was the product name of the doll, so it came from Hasbro. "What storylines did you want to tackle if the show was renewed?" I didn't get a chance to think about it because we were at the end of the 65-episode run and knew it wasn't coming back. There were stories I didn't get to do involving Raya's brothers and some other secondary characters, so I might have done that. "How were you able to write for a TV show that centered on the music industry?" The same way I would write for any type of series -- do research. Learn what I can and extrapolate from what I learned. "Did you have any plans for an Aja episode?" I thought we did episodes that featured Aja already. "What did you like or not like about the Jem comics?" I thought Kelly and Sophie did a wonderful job of rebooting the concept. I loved that they were able to do things I couldn't do in animation, such as make Jetta Black, change up the body types, introduce a trans character. I appreciated all of it. No complaints. "What was your favorite arc in the show?" Not sure I know how to answer this. I guess the general development of the Jem/Rio/Jerrica love triangle was what I liked doing the most. “What do you think is the reason why shows such as Transformers, Gi Joe, and My little Pony were rebooted in the 90s, but not Jem?” Because the Jem dolls were considered a failure and a loss. Hasbro wasn’t eager to jump back into the fray competing with Barbie yet again, plus the person who supported the series, Stephen Hassenfeld (CEO of Hasbro) died in 1989. The Jem IP was effectively orphaned by that. “How did you feel about characters such as Video, Danse, Regine, and Astral?” I enjoyed coming up with biographies, personalities, and stories for all of them. “Which band do you prefer the Misfits or the Stingers?” I have no preference. I haven’t actually heard much of The Stingers music. Sunbow used to send me Jem and Misfits songs on tape, but I never got any of the Stingers. “We're you disappointed that a Jem animated film was never greenlit?” Yes, very much so. I would have loved to have an animated feature credit and I was looking forward to writing the story I came up with. It was a great disappointment.

I think a lot about Jerrica in quiet rage at the thought of someone pushing drugs onto a girl under her care, violently careening into the right lane to pass
I find it odd that Laura never returned to the show after this episode; they should've had her as a main character along with the other starlights

Here is a WIP of a second "Jem" eyecatch. I still need to but the finishing touches on it, but it's done. Animating is fun!
girls on a mission if it was the 90s(?
minidoll haters never forgiving yall for making this show way too underrated for its time😞
It's been a long time since I started drawing on the "Lego Friends: Girls on a Mission" universe.
Now that I'm back here, I decided to start publishing my works, headcannons and drawings so that more people would know about this wonderful animated series.
So, I present to you three works of the "Couples of GOAM" cycle. I'm still planning to draw two more, but I'm not sure how soon it will be.
So, I present to your attention:
1. Mia and River - Miver💚
2. Andrea and Jeremy - Jendrea💛
3. Stephanie and Kenny - Kephanie💙
Enjoy!
I like really these drawings
I’m a huge fan of the wonderful world of Disney and I love logos that represent the show.
I don’t own the logos
