Hi everyone, I'm Van. I have lived in Vietnam since childhood. I have a few issues that need your help.

I myself have a big disadvantage in terms of my family that I only have my mother and not my father. When I was 2 months old or 2 years old, my parents got divorced. Since then, I followed my mother to Hai Phong, where my mother was born. And my father lived in Long An (a province in the South, near Ho Chi Minh City). My mother is the one who raised me from a young age until now (I am nearly 20 years old) I am currently studying 2nd year at Hai Phong University. My father was a person with no financial resources and a difficult family, so he couldn't support me a bit since I was born. In 2017, my grandmother had a stroke after falling at home, that year I decided to visit my grandmother. Because since I was aware of everything, I still did not know anyone in my father's family. When my mother and I flew into Ho Chi Minh City, my mother and I waved a taxi to return to Long An province in heavy rain, and at that time I thought: "Why did I come and Dad didn't come to pick me up. "

By the end of 2017, my grandmother passed away, one week later, my grandfather passed too, my grandfather had dementia.

Until now, my mother alone has to work every day to earn money to pay for my school. But now due to the Covid-19 translation, the city has implemented a policy of guaranteeing the people, so we are affected a lot by translation. School fees, by the end of January 15, 2021, I have to complete all the missing and new accounts. But my mother and I could not afford the tuition fee of 21,000,000 dong (which means nearly 875. 99 $).
