i fucking hate eating disorders just let me fucking live
just weighed myself today and i gained 0.4 kgs/0.9 lbs after saturday
time to
starve
after yesterdays morning binge i didnt eat anything else for the day and my intake was
1377 Cals
ew
but i burned 658 Cals and my total came to 719 which is not that bad but still bad
today i ate a 759 Calories (probs less but just to be sure) and i burned off 478 Cals from jogging and yoga which means my total today was 281 which is quite nice!!
tomorrow morning ill get to weight myself and i hope i havent gained anything from my binge weekend. i guess its impossible that id have lost 0.6 kgs and got to my gw so i just hope that i havent gained
so this happened after mcdonalds yesterday:
basically i was doing great until mcds. i stayed in my limits. but then we got home and my gf made us some popcorn and oh boy did that trigger a binge. i ate pastries, cookies, candy, fucking EVERYTHING aka
1200 calories
and to make it even worse the binge continued this morning:
and like now i wont eat anything for the rest of the day and ill go for a walk and do a HIIT workout and hopefully that will burn like a million calories.
generally im fucking dissapointed in myself cause yesterday morning i was 0.6 kgs/1.3 lbs away from my goal weight and now ive probs gained like 27379101 kgs 👍🏼👍🏼 cant wait to weigh myself on monday or some other day when i can.
ill have to go to mcdonalds tomorrow with my girlfriend but were also planning on walking around a lot and i planned my mcd order and its gonna be 456 cals. and before picking her up im going to be fasting and burning at least 400 cals so i wont get so fat.
hopefully she doesnt want to eat a ton of candy at night cause then thatd be extra calories and i cant burn those off when im with her.
