Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 2 cups torn stemmed lacinato kale (about 2 oz.), 1/2 cup half-moon English cucumber slices, 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries, 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced, 1/3 cup Smoky Roasted Chickpeas, 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped unsalted roasted almonds How to Make It
