@drunkmami
It’s only black people who are dehumanized enough to have a video of their murder “go viral.” Shit’s right up there in feeds and dashboards next to memes and cat videos.

If I succeed in posting the movie “Tengo ganas de ti” here translated, I’ll then be posting the movie “Marock” translated in english.
“Marock” to me is the best moroccan movie. The director kept it 100% real. I like how it shows how youth lives in the moroccan society, and the struggles in the society..But also the good side of Morocco and more. It’s just a movie that shows things that we all lived, at least once, here in Morocco, and it makes me smile all the time.
And also, it’s been shot in Casablanca, my city! ;)
“Marock” is a Moroccan film directed by the Moroccan filmmaker Laila Marrakchi. It was first screened in 2005. This film depicts the social problems and the constraints presented to a society in transition. Marrakchi, in this movie, tries to depict the disarray of young people between traditional norms and the outlook of modern life.
palestinienne, jenna sweety, you MUST see this movie!
I don’t know if it’s available online in english or arab. It’s my fave movie of all time!!! It’s AMAZING!
I think I will!! Thank you baby :-)

people find the confidence of fat black women ironic, thats why its funny to them. thats why they laugh when a fat black woman on television declares “i know i look good, honey! okaaaaay!”
because they find it ironic that a woman who has the combined stereotypical unattractiveness of being fat AND black is so confident and self assured. they dont see why someone with those traits would be so confident. no one else sees her as beautiful, so why does she see herself that way?
the confident fat black woman is considered a joke and alot of people arent even aware of it. they just think its funny and they never examined why they find it funny
and thats what i mean when i say racism isnt just a conscious hate. racism is also subconscious, hate and prejudice you dont even realize you have
This is always true!!!!
here is ur daily reminder that im not white :)
