I can imagine Druig starting to collect little trinkets when he comes across something cool, like "Makkari would love to see this," so without intending to, he'd have a small hoard as well and maybe that's when it hits him that maybe his feelings for Makkari are *a bit* deeper than he realised. like. ocean level deep. reaching all the way to deep-space deep.

druig being like "uh, what are you talking about?"

kingo, "are you honestly telling yourself that this hoard isn't because you're in big fat love with makkari? like, you just happened to collect a disgustingly huge amount of things she would love, like, accidentally? because that would be a bit idiotic."

druig, having epiphanies and stuff, stands and stares at his apartment (yes this scenario is now definitely an au), the way it has makkari written all over it. and he realises that what he really wants is for her to be there, not the things.

so, he looks at kingo and says, "you're right. I should ask her to move in with me."

"okay, that's totally not what I said. are you guys even dating yet? can't you ask her out for some coffee first? like a normal person? wait, never mind. asking you to be normal would be asking too much."

but druig doesn't bite, too wrapped up in his master plan: Operation Roomate

They are just so cute together, help.

They couldn't let go of each other hands. How he fixed the way he hold her hand better on the second last gif put me in shamble.

They are so in sync too, the way they just run their hands on each other arms before they end up holding hands. It's beautiful. 😭❤ they are literally their characters, Makkari and Druig.

They are so comfortable with each other, the way she throw her whole body into his arms so he could envelop her completely in his embrace, and that little squeezed he did on her shoulder with his thumb 😭 their chemistry is the best.

He complemented her dress, pointing at her earrings, his eyes never leave hers, face full of smile as he looked at her. This man is such a gentleman.

i THINK i just found a drukkari crumb that no one has talked about??

we all remember this scene where druig, makkari, & thena board the domo, right? well, look closely at what’s attached to makkari’s belt loop…

now you may be thinking, hm i don’t remember makkari ever wearing sunglasses. and you would be correct but her leather jacket wearing counterpart certainly was!

if those are indeed druig’s glasses, i’m going to need each and every drukkari fanfic writer to give me scenes as to how this would be canon, thanks for coming to my ted talk!!!
