I had a class with Jordan Peterson. It was just a small seminar, I think there was seven of us. He knew us personally. He split us into two groups and gave us a test. I was in the second group so while the first one was writing, I had nothing to do.
Before he gave the test to me too, he pointed out something about my feelings. I was confused because I wasn’t aware of showing that to others. I asked about it. He replied with a question, something like “You don’t like when someone questions your perception of yourself?”
I replied “More like I’m confused when someone questions my perception of reality.” I could feel tears in my eyes and crying in my voice but I suppressed it.
He thought about it a bit and nodded that he agrees with what I said. He explained and said something very profound but I don’t remember it. It was something about the way I relate to the world. Then he pointed out he sees that I’m not doing all too well emotionally.
I pulled my shit together and said that yes, I am mostly alright but the past two weeks were very hard. I sat to take the test. I knew I didn’t study for it. I thought I could cheat but then I didn’t. I was proud to be taking a class with Jordan Peterson personally, it was a dream come true.
However, I had to leave the class early, I was going to a funeral. I was travelling with a train for a bit and got off in a Czech village or a small town. It was warm weather, spring, I think. The nature was quite alive, I remember the grassy spots near the train station just buzzing. Then the dream switched and I was suddenly entering a large square. All the buildings were quite tall and white, lavishly decorated in a baroque style with statues holding the balconies up, just beautiful naked bodies of white statues. I was amazed that such a small town/village has such a huge and expensive square but then I thought – yeah, this is Morava, a rich land. It was sunny. There were also some trees on the square. I could hear the birds singing. There were some songbirds, I think blackbirds, but I could also hear a jay and a magpie. I wanted to see the jay most of all, but I could only see two magpies, one very quickly disappeared in a tree top, the other one flew to the ground in front of my (but quite in the distance). I think there was a puddle and it drank.
