Ah, the things on my hat are gym badges! pretty much they mean I'm good at battling with my pokemon, or, really my pokemon are good at battling. I travel around Kalos a lot, so I get the chance to battle against some really talented pokemon and their trainers. some people give out pins if you can beat their team, and that's what the gym badges are! sometimes they can mean you're also trustworthy enough to use certain moves or work with certain pokemon too.
