RE: BLOODLINES | READ THIS FIRST
Welcome to RE: Bloodlines, a long-running Resident Evil AU project in development since 2011, but was intermittent and put on hold for a while until now.
Before reading, please note that this story diverges significantly from Resident Evil canon and contains original lore, character interpretations, and alternate timelines.
Knowledge of Resident Evil canon is helpful, but not required.

AI ASSISTANCE DISCLAIMER:
RE: Bloodlines has been part of my life since 2011.
The story, characters, relationships, lore, and plotlines were created and developed by me over many years. During the modern editing process, I sometimes use AI tools to help with creative visualization, revision, proofreading, scene refinement, brainstorming, and line editing.
AI does not generate the story for me. It is simply one of several tools I use while revisiting and polishing a project that has existed long before these tools became available.
Everything posted here ultimately reflects my own creative vision for Bloodlines.

FAQ
Is Alex Wesker from Bloodlines the same character as Alex Wesker from Resident Evil: Revelations 2?
No. Alexander "Alex" Wesker from Bloodlines is an original character created for this project around 2010–2011, several years before Resident Evil: Revelations 2 released in 2015. Any similarity in name is purely coincidental.
While both characters share the Wesker surname, the Bloodlines version has a completely separate origin, history, and role within the story.
