Pff, I really haven't been active, here's a doodle of Bo with his hair undone.
(4 / 19)
4. Who is your crush?
“I’m not sure what you mean by, ‘crush,’ someone that I’m attracted to? There are good looking women around here, but I haven’t spoken to any personally. That girl with fire hair was interesting to look at, that was about it—I would bed her maybe, but I’m told women with fire hair are cursed with hellish temperament. It seems like a gamble.”
19. Are you usually the first person to make a move.
“I have not done this courtship thing people go on about. I did not receive a woman when I was at the right age to be wedded. Certain circumstances prevented this. So the question is somewhat lost on me.”
8. Have you ever asked anyone out?
"No," States Bo rather plainly with mild amusement in his quirking brow, "In my tribe dating is unusual, our marriages are arranged and men have numerous wives to take care of the home. I'm not sure what the interest is in the first place in this dating thing."
Oh, how Ari would’ve loved to get a small break after almost ending up as a piece of decoration up on a Sawsbuck’s antlers. Well, it’s too bad that she hasn’t seen the last of the angry beast yet. Only barely she could hide the Deerling’s still warm carcass underneath some rags she carried on her and make her Sableye watch over the game when…suddenly, Sawsbuck.
Again.
Yeah, so much for getting some distance in between her and the berserker deer to mend her still bleeding wounds. Murphy’s Law in all its glory, indeed. And, oh, would you look at that? The hunter she’d made this bet with in the first place is actually riding the critter! Well, more like trying to kill the damn thing from the looks of it, but…details.
Ari jumps up - something she regrets instantly as a sharp pain jolts through every limb that had been hit by the Sawsbuck lashing out, mostly her left arm. Well, now this is really going to help her aim. A lot. Cussing under her breath, the young thief pulls out another throwing knife from her belt - screw the pain in her arms.
“Oi, big guy!” she screeches to be heard over …whatever unpleasant noises this terror deer is making “Dunk! Pull your head in! ‘nythin’ so I dun’ hit ya!”
Gritting her teeth, clenching her free knuckle, Ari lashes out with her abused left.
And the knife whizzes through the air with a sharp whistle.
Wind whips through Bo’s ears, deafening the hunter as the Sawsbuck bellows out, its voice sounding as a horn. Chattering birds cluster in the canopy above, searching for a way upward and out, scattering across the sky as a blackened shadow as they all cry out in unity. Ari’s voice carries to Bo, barely in time for him to hanker down against the Sawsbuck’s broad backside to avoid a stinging knife.
Thunk!
The blade hits with spurting blood gushing from its blow, a warm sensation crawls against Bo’s shoulder and the prickling pins and needles subside for a new pain completely unattributed to holding onto the handles hilt deep in the Sawsbuck’s shoulders. With a painful grunt, Bo is thrown from the Sawsbuck to the ground where the beast, still with knives in its back turns, adrenalin filled and huffing white vapor from its snout.
It rears up over the fallen man, clopping down just askance his ear, a sharp curse follows as Bo does what he can to scramble and roll from the Sawsbuck’s angry path. With a clop clop the Sawsbuck realigns itself, positioning for another attack. Its horns rut dangerously through the air and barrel low as it bulldozes toward Bo, trying to scoop him up and scramble him with its razor like antlers.
A screech announces the white hawk-like Togekiss as she sweeps by for another blow, catching the enraged Sawsbuck across the eye, deterring it onto a tree where its horns stick and it thrashes its head violently in attempt to free itself.
Bo rights himself, bringing into his hand a auxiliary hunting knife secreted away in his boot. “Don’t stand there so uselessly,” He barks Ari’s way, nasty expression held onto his face—he would deal with her folly later.
Shit.
Shit.
Shit.
Good, alright, Ari had been aware that her wounds might royally mess up her aim, but she hadn’t thought that she might end up just landing a perfect hit…on the wrong target. Well now this is a fine mess she’s gotten them both into.
And that Sawsbuck is still foaming and raging - holy hell, what do these things eat?! In any case, there’s hardly any time for the young thief to kick and scream and whine about that little big slip-up there because, yeah, berserker deer. Figures. Really, if she gets out of this alive, she’s going to make a point out of brutally slaughtering every damn Sawsbuck that should ever cross her path again.
Or at least that’s the lovely, little revenge fantasy Ari’s mind brews right now.
“Yeah yeah, I’m on it!” she just yells instead of, well, showing she feels bad about the botched knife throw. Not like there’s much time for apologies right now. Ari can just hear the blood rushing through her head as she pulls out the two larger daggers on the back of her belt and makes a dash for the Sawsbuck.
/Oh you better stay stuck in that tree, you…/
The thief screams out an order of sorts at her Spinarak, who jumps off her shoulder and starts shooting her silk at the raging deer, while Ari goes for it, knives first. Really, right now little else counts than just…stabbing into every damn piece of Sawsbuck in front of her. And Ari just starts stabbing down with her knife like she’s possessed. Well, she’s certainly angry enough.
Sticky silk insinuates itself around the Sawsbuck’s bowy legs, matting its coarse fur flush to its skin. With a second wild horn-like bellow, the wild thing braces its hooves and kicks out its rear legs violently toward any attacker it might catch off guard. Fortune did not play into the Sawsbuck’s favor today, as the mother misses entirely, her range stunted by the tightly woven silk stretching taut and snapping back like rubber where it did not fray and break.
As a demon given to human form, Bo is upon its flank within seconds, taking Ari’s opposite and laying iron into the beast’s gut. Throwing all his weight downward he rips through her swiftly and opens up the Sawsbuck’s warm insides to the cool air whipping about them, rustling the canopy above. Not far off, the hawk-like Togekiss searches for her opening and is granted one as the quarry frees herself and turns her head toward Bo. With swift wings gifted to her by perhaps the messenger Icarus himself, she’s throws her talons forth and unfurls each tiny dangerous claw to take out its vision entirely in one last fell swoop.
A cry harkens the robbery’s success and the Sawsbuck staggers, exhausted and drunkenly toward her attackers. A bloody sight meets them as she stares on, emptily and with finality succumbs to gravity’s great might and collapses to the forest floor. A brown cloud escapes from underneath her, carrying with it dead foliage, browned and yellowed by the season. Bo watches it for a time, still and with his knife out until he’s satisfied she has taken her last breath. He stoops once to clean his blade on the ground and replace it in his boot. Moving his cloak to follow him as a shadow, he approaches the thing with caution before seizing his knives from its great shoulders and jerking them out with some effort.
“Careless,” It’s unclear if Bo states this merely in frustration, directs it at Ari or at himself. No matter, he’s onto the next task. Placing his blade underneath the Spinarak silk, he cuts through it swift and easily, careful not to get any onto his clothing, “You’ve poor aim,” He states as he stands over the fallen creature, deciding what to do with the cumbersome thing. “It’s as though you’ve never used those knives before.” Bo grumbles even further, “Visiting the apothecary wasn’t in my plans today.”

Taking the shovel, Bo glares at it as though it might have insulted his family. After a moment, he turns it in his hands and slowly smirks, “Better yet, I think it might do well to ward off witches—best run.”

HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
"Who is this woman and what are you doing in my home?!" Bo is not pleased at all missy! NOT AT ALL!
''Well unlike thos people you met, I do not have ulteriors motives, when I introduce myself'' he said, crossing his arms looking at his face, inspecting every inches of it. ''As for why I'm here. I felt the need to be usefull. How about you?''
"I do not carry the same need--Rangers merely came into my territory, it was either get angry at them or make some use of them, so I suppose the latter is what will have to stand."
Naendriel: Look like we have a point in comon. I dont converse with a lot of people neither. Its simply being basicly polite. But I respect your decision...*take his hand back*
"Politeness and curteousy are often masks for ulterior motives, I've found." Bo tilts his head, studying the man before he decides him harmless, "So, if only curiosity asks, why are you hear?"
Naendriel: Greeting. Its a pleasure to meet another ranger. My name is Naendriel*present his hand for a handshake*
Bo quirks a brow, unsure how to reciprocate being approached so suddenly. He considers the man's hand for a moment before ignoring it, looking up, "I see, were you looking for trade or something? I do not really, ehm, converse with many other 'rangers' as we're called."
Finally
