       So, 2016 came to an end. Another year gone, a new one coming, hopefully better, with less loss and more good news.       First of all, I wish to all of you an happy new year and all the good things. I hope this year will bring you joy and happiness and that you’ll get everything that you wish for.

      2016 hasn’t been a good year for me (has it been for anyone?) but it’s far from being the worse I’ve had. I’ve met a lot of incredible people and there is many things that happened this year that I’ll keep good memories of. Even though I haven’t been much active lately I’ve hit the 1800 followers milestone, which is something I never expected to achieve when I started 3 years ago (and I still have a hard time believing how many people this number represents). I’m going to stop ranting there because I’m really tired and won’t make much sense anyway if I do. I just want to do a small list of the people I like, interact with or just really enjoy seeing on my dash and to say to all those people, thank you for making this place a haven where I can go to and forget for a while about irl. Thank you for sharing your passion about your characters, be it as headcanons, writing or art or even just incoherent thoughts lost in the tags. So, in no particular order, here it comes.

Talon Headcanon Time! || Talon has a few secret talents and things he hides. Talon is very observant and can sense a lot of different of emotions if he has spent time with you. His intuition is sharp and hence why Marcus wanted him to join his family. * Talon knows how to play guitar, he's not an expert by any means. He never uses a pick, he does finger style. He taught himself how to play from an instance in his childhood. Lonely nights would prompt him always to watch street performers and especially with guitars. His sharp eyes and how often they were there he started to teach himself. Stealing a guitar to try to practice was how he got better, and even made small money. But he found enjoyment in it especially when he had nothing better to do than practice his skills and staying up often. *After being taken into the DuCouteau household, Katarina and Talon had a rough start until they eased up. Slowly they comforted in each other. Talon was able to see how hard Katarina's mother was on her to play piano and violin. *After being around Katarina for a long while he started to notice her behavior and patterns with habits. As seen ( here ) @oftheknife 's head canon, my Talon can tell how she's feeling when she plays the piano. Whether it be soft or loud. * Eventually he does play guitar by himself, and perhaps Katarina hears that. And they start to play together on long nights. They have similar reasons to play the instruments they do. Both to be comforting and enjoyable. Examples of his style of playing would be. * Here * Here * Here * Here * Here
