Repulsion Revolution
Sometime during the mid 1600′s a strange, bizarre black laced liquid burst through the ground and into the world. Miners began to dig and soldiers began to fight. The world went into Chaos for 100 years of scientific breakthroughs and discovery. This is known as the Repulsion Revolution.
A great king of might and power, a dragon-born warrior of his mid to late 30′s stepped up and set a little balance in the world. During a time of crisis and panic, a time of technological breakthroughs, he stepped up, put into effect an order and law to prevent the mis use of this wonderful miracle magic that had been given to them by what he described must have been cosmic entities.
This dragon-born, who would latter rename himself the Dragon, quickly became one of the most powerful fleets within the universe. His army, which had become known as the dragons breathe, was renowned and feared throughout the small galaxy, which at the time had not been as discovered as it is now. With only several planets under his belt, he still tried his hardest, especially when the hydraulics came into play. These, monsters, of machine and Eldtritch abomination hybrid, they appeared to attack and devour anything with a technological advancement, it wasn’t until the late 1600s that dragon discovered they were targeting repulsion itself. With this in mind, before he passed, he put in to effect an organization of scientists to be trained specifically for the usage of defending the universe from these monsters, and, the proper usage of repulsion on a personal level instead of an industrial one.
These scientists, were later named Reapers, by his son, who also continued the Dragon legacy. Reapers are named for their cunning abilities and cold remorse to doing what needs to be done.
Fast forward a few decades, 1773. Space travel and technology is at an all time highest in advancements. Dragon is at the brink of a war between his own fleets. The 13 expansive; the colonials sent out to discover new planets, and the dragons breathe. This on top of the continued war with the hydraulics, is a most devastating time for the dragon family.

Oasis
The solar punk themed planet of oasis, one of the 13 colonial planets that broke from the Dragon’s Empire. The Elf born homeworld. Repulsion is a neon, yellow here and is only needed to power technology like heavy defense weapons and industrial cruisers. That being said, Most repulsion is solar powered as well, meaning, it’s life span of usage is varies on how long it’s brewed in the sunlight. Oasis reapers are extremely uncommon, mostly because home grown repulsion doesn’t exactly work outside of oasis atmospheres, however, Andria, one of the crew of the star scrapper, has managed a way to mix oasis repulsion with common repulsion.

A. Math and Chemistry. She has a spark based aura so she’s very precise with her sciences.
B. She’s allergic to some of the flowers/plants found on some of her home planet, but nothing too serious.
C. Nope, She is terrible at swimming, deathly afraid of the water, because of an incident when she was a kid.
D. HAHA Ashe getting flirted with? Unless it’s someone, extremely special, someone she develops a fondness for? you’re getting her flintlock quick action to the face.
E. Ashe, is actually decent with children, but, is not nearly responsible enough to be a mother.
F. Social Interactions. She sucks ass at actually being friendly to people. She hates everything. Except Vampire-born. She is a Vampire-Born fan girl.
G. HAHA, thats not likely happening, but, she’d be very keen on talking about stories, she loves stories.

X. She is responsible for an entire city being demolished by hydraulics.

Z. With her eyes closed. Mostly she sleeps on her back, she doesnt trust turning her back to anything.
Jackel is my new favorite character, A vampiress / vampire born on the reaper court that has a lust for blood even tho she doesnt need to.

Ashe. - shakes her head intensely.
Writing promt - A small excavation team finds a high-tech alter on mars.
Red dust flew about through the bursting flares of light erupting off the cruisers beams. Xars wasn’t exactly the most habitable planet in the known universe but it wasn’t exactly without it’s faults either, making it more or less of a hot-spot for scientific endeavors. Repulsion mines made up 40 percent of the planets infrastructure and another 15 percent was made of mere gas ravines. The black light beams cut through the red air, blocked only by the several Offworld Personnel. Six soldiers heavily armored with exo suits-primitive Tesla tech suits, but suits no the less- stood in formation approaching some sort of large, metal structure.
The soldiers held model 11 bottom loaders equipped with flashlights and signature readers that acted more or less like a radar for blood pressure.
Comm Link “ Ma’am, no visuals are present in our signatures but, something doesn’t feel right here. Something’s off. These kind of metal structures shouldn’t be active out this far from a colonized sector” The man to the far right took a step to the side looking in awe at the large metal structure running fluid with repulsion.
Comm Link “ Not to mention, ma’am, along with Eddie’s analysis, repulsion shouldn’t be running through this like this.” The soldier closest to the front stopped, looking about nervously.
Comm Link: “Veronica, what is it? Why did you stop moving?” The comm link only returned static as the soldiers shrugged to one another. “Veronica, respond, that’s an order! what is it???” The commander bellowed through the comm links, this time her voice was a bit more shaken then previously. A small but distinct static burst through the comm links sending everyone to the ground, screaming in pain. The soldiers bodies jarred and flailed about as everyone tried to escape the nightmare sounds pounding at their heads like something trying to break free of glass.
The soldier in the front of the team fell to the sand, her body hitting hard and lifeless. 3 black shadow spikes burst through her torso, a mixture of blood and slime frozen upon the tips of the spikes. The commander broke from the sound, finally able to cut off her comm link in time to see the others fall to the ground in a similar, horrifying manner. The off-world exploration patches on all her troops ripped, torn and shredded by similar spikes. All of them, except for her, were dead. The once 6 dots of life on their radars now flashed red and cold.
The beam of lights from the cruiser flickered on and off, strobing as something moved between the flickers. Something tall, something almost as lifeless as the bodies laying in the sand. Another dot flickered on the commander’s radar, though, this one, was black. She looked at it, in confusion, switching between the flickering light on the radar and the movement she saw out in front of her. In a panic she drew her naval revolver from it’s holster, only for it to be melted in a corrosion of slime. Footprints slowly approached her, seeming to appear out of nowhere, with nothing making them.
One last bit of light flashed before her eyes before she was too, dead, lifeless in the red sand of wasteland planet of Xars.

The Star-Scrapper Crew
Errol England. The witty, sassy pilot of the dragonfly class ship. Excellent with a knife and even better with sarcasm. His usage of repulsion is sloppy, but where he lacks with magic he makes up for in combat skill.
Thespian. Once a silent, mime comedian of the big stages of Maphridome, now is the living embodiment of nightmare fuel. A mercenary with an aura ability of manipulating someone’s soul. Made of puppetry and repulsion run, he is a very cold hearted individual with, personally, one of the saddest back stories I’ve written.
Baal. Demon One of the only known demons to exist, self proclaimed anyway. Not much is known about this skeletal cosmic nightmare, however, he runs with the star scraper crew for some reason or another. His intentions are unknown. The headmaster of the underworld. Again, self proclaimed.
Andria. Errol’s girlfriend. Elf born. She’s proficient with a bow and arrow and an excellent judge of character. She is believed to have psychic abilities that are only enhanced by the usage of repulsion.. She’s got long, dark blonde hair and grew up on the solapunk planet of oasis.
