Feli froze, eyes darting around the room in fear. What kind of question was that? One with no right answer… He slowly shook his head.

He laughed softly, finding the boy absolutely adorable right now. “Oh precious~” He cooed, wrapping his wings around Feli tightly as he held him close. “You’re just the cutest little thing, aren’t you~?”

Feli froze, eyes darting around the room in fear. What kind of question was that? One with no right answer… He slowly shook his head.

“Mhhm~ angelic feathers bring good luck and are often used in blessings!” he smiled, passing it to him. “Here, little one. For you.”

Feli took it with near-trembling hands, bringing it up to the light. “Really? For me? It’s so pretty though… Thank you master!” He nearly burst into tears, gently hanging it around his neck. “Good luck from my master… I’ll treasure it always.”

He purred, stroking Feli’s hair gently. “You’re welcome, little one. I’m glad you like it.” he gently wrapped his wings around the boy’s shoulders, hugging him close.

He cooed softly, stroking his hair gently. He was happy that Feli already seemed much more relaxed than when he had first arrived, and was glad to see he was already trusting him. “I’m glad~”

Feli slowly relaxed, nuzzling happily into the comforting hand. “I like it here…” He murmured, looking up at Fritz with happy eyes. He did, he really did. He was safe, warm, fed, and clothed. He was pampered. What more could he want?

He hummed, snuggling him close. “That makes me happy to hear. I want nothing more than for my little pet to be happy.” he smiled, purring softly.

Feli almost preened, smug at the possessive term. He was finally wanted, a precious thing to be pampered and cared for instead of used and discarded like trash. “You make me happy master…”

Fritz didn't seem to notice the smugness​ (or if he did, he didn't care), and simply continued to pet and snuggle the boy. "Good~ I'm quite happy to hear that."
