real artists are not those liberal arts harvard yale types with degrees in artisanal painting. real artists are not those who post about the idea of making "art" but never really making anything of substance. real artists are those that will ruin their own mental and physical wellbeing for their craft, those who can go months without posting anything about their passions and emerging from their hobbit hole with the most incredible creations to ever grace the eyeball. that is what art was meant to be, not a pickup-line, instagram bio, or tax write-off
