rebekah and marcel were never intimate nor had any kind of romantic relationship whatsoever.

when it come to romantic relationships, she is… very unhinged, to say the least. she would give nikki freeman a run for her money. she takes rejection about as well as a lit stick of dynamite.

she is pansexual, but has more of a female-lean unless it comes to stefan salvatore.

she has a plethora of issues from her upbringing, but unlike canon, she doesn’t hide them particularly well. her first line of defense is a violent outburst. :)

unlike canon, she genuinely enjoys immortality! she enjoys being an original and sees it as something close to nobility.

she has zero desire to be a mother; being around children is disgusting to her and she wants nothing to do with them. her entire arc of needing the white picket fence is replaced by someone wanting to do whatever she wants, whenever she wants.

underneath all the dramatics, anger, jealousy, and recklessness is someone who has spent a thousand years wanting to be more than the delicate sister they had to protect to her brothers and more than the abandonment her parents gave her.

rebekah is embarrassingly obsessed with tiktok and instagam and her follower count on both is everything to her. she is a creator who goes from day in my life videos to ranting about people she dislikes. she ABSOLUTELY treats online stalking as a legitimate investigative skill.

things she hates: disney adult people, “i’m one of the guys” girls, broke men and plastic jewelry.

Watching the teenagers drunkenly argue, she held onto her bowl of chips and simply watched the show. "Wait," she said as she stopped the other with her arm, "I want to see where this leads"
