That's an interesting question... My ex of 7 years came out as trans 3 years down the road. He was born male, and I didn't leave when (s)he came out and told me (s)he was actually female. I assume you're asking about a trans male, and I can't see what the problem would be. I prefer guys, so a trans male makes more sense than a trans female, and I didn't leave my ex because of being trans female. So I guess the simple answer would've just been a yes. (Afterall, I tend to fall for the person, not just their parts. )
